1st edition - Day 12. 3 Healthy Habit

Hello everyone , how are you ?
I hope you are good in health and have a great day everyday. Its been a while i havent write in blog challenge , but hei , yeah here i am writing my another chapter in this community .

The topic today is 3 healthy habit . When i read this challenge long time ago , i realize that i didnt live healthy as much as i want to be health. Everyone want to live healthy , some people become vegan , some do regular exercise and some even have their own adviser or trainer to keep them in good shape.

But , how about people who cant get that advantages in their life? They want to eat healthy or vegan but they doesn't have enough choice of food or they want to do exercise , but they dont have that much time to spend on exercising , where they have work so hard for their responsibility .

START SMALL !!

Living healthy doesnt mean you need to have luxury lifestyle. You can start small and this will change you healthy lifestyle.

** DONT SMOKE **

It is funny when some people who dont smoke die earlier than my grandfather who is heavy duty smoker.

But not everyone is lucky as my grandfather . Smoking is not good for our lung and to people around us. By not smoking , im not only keeping my lungs healthy and reduces other disease cause by smoking but , i also save a lot of money .

**SLEEP EARLY **

Our body need rest . Sleeping and good rest reset our body . Like an engine , our body will become inefficient if it continue working or didnt have good sleep. Overwork can lead to tiredness and fatigue. Sleep is the best answer to cure it .

**# START SIMPLE EXERCISE **
I start a simple exercise everyday . It not take long to do simple exercise like 5 push up , 5 crunch and baby run. Over the time , our body will craving for more. This lead us to get our healthy exercise everyday.

This is i think 3 healthy habit that i practice everyday . I hope it can help you to start live healthy like myself.

Sleep early is something that i have tried and experienced myself.
This really helps, you feel more focused. and you walk up really fresh. At least 8 hour of sleep is must, this have other benefits as well which are not visible immediately but with time you can feel them.

yeah , starting day with fresh start is very important for the rest of the day.

Sleeping early is very healthy, when I went to the gym I did it and the results in your physical and emotional body are amazing. You feel with an incredible energy to take on and accomplish all the tasks of the day.

I know how it feel , wake up with incredible energy .
