Saludos comunidad, el día de hoy comparto la pregunta 28 del Blogging Challenge Parte 5 la cual consiste en describir como trataría a los compañeros y subordinados si yo fuera jefe.

Lamentablemente en mi país existe una mala interpretación de lo que significa ser jefe, pero al mismo tiempo no es solo culpa del jefe sino también de los empleados, aquí muchas personas se quejan de que sus jefes son unos tiranos, unas personas sin sentimientos que no les importa la vida de sus subordinados, pero la otra cara de la moneda es que muchas personas cuan ven a un jefe muy amable tienden a creer que es blando y comienzan a faltar en sus deberes, por ello creo que mi visión de ser efe estaría alejada de las costumbres en ese sentido, porque considero que no hay que ser un jefe tirano y agresivo para hacer que los empleados o subordinados hagan lo que les corresponde.
Unfortunately in my country there is a misunderstanding of what it means to be a boss, but at the same time it is not only the fault of the boss but also of the employees, here many people complain that their bosses are tyrants, people without feelings that do not They care about the lives of their subordinates, but the other side of the coin is that many people who see a very nice boss tend to believe that he is soft and begin to fail in his duties, for that reason I think that my vision of being an effe would be far from the customs in that sense, because I believe that you do not have to be a tyrant and aggressive boss to make employees or subordinates do their part.

Creo que una comunicación efectiva con los trabajadores siempre es buena, por eso aunque nunca he tenido ningún trabajo en el que sea la jefe, como jefa de hogar que he sido gran parte de mi vida, creo que siempre debe existir un marco de respeto y corresponsabilidad, donde el subordinado entienda que su trabajo es importante para el bien de todos y si falta a este está faltando a sí mismo.
I believe that effective communication with workers is always good, so although I have never had a job in which I am the boss, as the head of the household I have been a large part of my life, I believe that there should always be a framework of respect and co-responsibility, where the subordinate understands that his work is important for the good of all and if he lacks this he is lacking himself.

No creo que se deba alzar la voz o castigar a los subordinados, creo que deben existir reglas claras, se deben aplicar los reglamentos del empleador y por supuesto también debe haber compresión y flexibilidad cuando sea necesario, tratar a las personas con amabilidad y respeto no significa tener ser amigo de de todos los compañeros de trabajo, pero es algo que mantiene relaciones sanas y por supuesto mayor eficiencia en el trabajo.

Yo creo que las empresas funcionan como las familias, donde cada miembro es importante, sin embargo en cada familia hay miembros que no dan todo de sí o que merecen una intervención en su debido tiempo, mantener una relación de compresión mutua es importante, por eso trataría a mis subordinados como parte importante de la empresa.
