Me too. Fortunately, Glenmorangie is quite moderately priced, so if Hive sees fit to fly me to London, I will be able to be gently on the DHF. Also, making jazz hands is free, so no loss there.

Pot has to be up toward the bow, because the stern is the working area. I'd sizzle my pork fat crispy had I my druthers.
