Receiving the art is always fun. Neil Gaiman always said that writing for comics is truly special, because once the art shows up, it's like reading your own work as if someone else wrote it.
Having read and watched The Sandman I wonder how much he tells the artists about how it should look. The results were great anyway. I hope they film more of it.
