El día de hoy quiero compartir mi entrada en el Reto Top 5 de la comunidad @laradio en la cual cada semana debemos compartir 5 cosas nuevas sobre un tema en específico, y para esta semana el tema a desarrollar es sobre los valores, un tema que a mi parecer es bastante importante para nuestra sociedad y para nosotros mismos como personas.

Today I want to share my entry in the Top 5 Challenge of the community @laradio in which every week we must share 5 new things on a specific topic, and for this week the topic to be developed is about values, a topic that in my opinion is quite important for our society and for ourselves as people.
Antes de comenzar a definir los valores que he elegido para mi post me gustaría hablar un poco sobre lo que estos significan.
Los valores son los principios que caracterizan a una persona, son una cualidad que nos identifica y nos hace personas civilizadas y capaces de vivir en una sociedad de manera gratificante. Los valores son muy diversos, son muchísimos y están presentes en todas las personas, no todos y no en todas pero siempre los hay. Los valores son importantes en la sociedad ya que son los pilares fundamentales de su formación, desde niños se nos inculca en nuestra educación sobre los valores, como ponerlos en práctica, y la importancia y beneficios que estos tienen tanto para nosotros como para quienes nos rodean, pues aplicar estos valores nos permite vivir de manera agradable y en un ambiente ideal para nuestro crecimiento y desarrollo como personas.
Before I begin to define the values that I have chosen for my post I would like to talk a little about what they mean.
Values are the principles that characterize a person, they are a quality that identifies us and makes us civilized people capable of living in a society in a rewarding way. The values are very diverse, they are many and are present in all people, not all and not in all but there are always them. Values are important in society since they are the fundamental pillars of its formation, from childhood we are instilled in our education about values, how to put them into practice, and the importance and benefits that these have both for us and for those around us , because applying these values allows us to live in a pleasant way and in an ideal environment for our growth and development as people.
5 Valores importantes para los seres humanos || 5 Important values for humans
✔Respeto.
El respeto es uno de los principales valores que las personas debemos aplicar, a partir de el es posible una convivencia estable entre las personas, ya que el respeto transmite la consideración y valoración que tenemos hacia los demás, ser capaces de respetar a todo aquel que nos rodea nos convierte en mejores personas cada vez que lo aplicamos. Una persona respetuosa es una persona que conoce el valor y la importancia que tiene el prójimo aún sin conocerlo, no necesariamente se debe conocer o tratar a una persona para tenerle respeto, basta con ser educado y tener en cuenta que es igual a nosotros, tiene los mismos derechos y merece ser tratado con respeto. Aún cuando una persona no aplique este valor hacia nosotros es nuestro deber no caer a su nivel y mantener nuestra postura y sobretodo mantener nuestros valores en alto, eso nos hará mejores personas aún, algo valioso para nuestra sociedad.
✔ Respect.
Respect is one of the main values that people must apply, based on it a stable coexistence between people is possible, since respect transmits the consideration and appreciation that we have towards others, being able to respect everyone who surrounds us makes us better people every time we apply it. A respectful person is a person who knows the value and importance of the neighbor even without knowing him, not necessarily one should know or treat a person to have respect for him, it is enough to be polite and take into account that he is equal to us, he has the same rights and deserves to be treated with respect. Even when a person does not apply this value to us, it is our duty not to fall to their level and maintain our position and above all keep our values high, that will make us even better people, something valuable for our society.
✔Honestidad.
La honestidad al igual que el respeto es un valor muy importante para los seres humanos, pues consiste en ser sinceros y francos y hablar siempre con la verdad, no se permiten engaños ni falsas palabras, ya que ser honesto es sinónimo de verdad. Una persona honesta es siempre una persona que reconoce que los demás merecen la verdad, y la mejor forma de expresarlo es siendo honestos ante todo. Muchas veces la honestidad puede ocasionar problemas ya que algunas personas no aceptan la realidad, y eso les causa molestia. La honestidad es parte fundamental en las relaciones interpersonales que formamos, ya que es la base para llevar una amistad, o relación afectiva de manera amena y feliz, ser honestos siempre es la mejor opción.
✔ Honesty.
Honesty as well as respect is a very important value for human beings, as it consists of being sincere and frank and always speaking the truth, no deception or false words are allowed, since being honest is synonymous with truth. An honest person is always a person who recognizes that others deserve the truth, and the best way to express it is by being honest above all. Honesty can often cause problems since some people do not accept reality, and that causes them annoyance. Honesty is a fundamental part of the interpersonal relationships that we form, since it is the basis to carry a friendship, or affective relationship in a pleasant and happy way, being honest is always the best option.
✔Responsabilidad.
La responsabilidad es un valor que indica la calidad de la ética y la conciencia de las personas, ya que una persona responsable no lo es cualquiera, sino aquel que es capaz de valorar el tiempo de los demás y darle la importancia que merece. Una persona responsable es aquella que cumple con sus obligaciones y deberes y también con las personas a quienes implica dichas obligaciones. La responsabilidad es un valor que mide la decencia de una persona, ya que al ponerlo en práctica se conoce cuan importante es ese valor para el y lo capaz que es de demostrarlo y hacer lo posible para aplicarlo y mantener sus principios.
✔ Responsibility.
Responsibility is a value that indicates the quality of ethics and people's conscience, since a responsible person is not just anyone, but someone who is capable of valuing the time of others and giving it the importance it deserves. A responsible person is one who fulfills his obligations and duties and also with the people to whom said obligations are involved. Responsibility is a value that measures the decency of a person, since when putting it into practice it is known how important that value is for him and how capable he is of demonstrating it and doing everything possible to apply it and maintain its principles.
✔Empatía.
Es el esfuerzo que hace una persona por reconocer los sentimientos de las demás personas, es ser capaz de comprender lo que los demás sienten, ponerse en el lugar del otro. La empatía además de un valor también es una especie de habilidad que tenemos las personas para sentir lo que siente otra persona a nuestro al rededor, nos ayuda a entender a esa persona y a su vez ayudarla. Una vez que nos imaginamos en el lugar y en las circunstancias del otro estamos sintiendo empatía y aprenderemos lo importante que es este valor al transmitirnos sus sentimientos y todo aquello que le afecta. Este valor debe existir en toda relación afectiva que mantenemos con otras personas, de no ser así posiblemente pareceríamos personas sin sentimientos.
✔ Empathy.
It is the effort that a person makes to recognize the feelings of other people, it is to be able to understand what others feel, to put themselves in the place of the other. Empathy, in addition to a value, is also a kind of ability that people have to feel what another person feels around us, it helps us to understand that person and in turn help them. Once we imagine ourselves in the place and in the circumstances of the other we are feeling empathy and we will learn how important this value is by transmitting to us their feelings and everything that affects them. This value must exist in every affective relationship that we maintain with other people, otherwise we might seem like people without feelings.
✔Humildad.
La humildad es una característica que poseen las personas que consiste en reconocer las nuestras propias virtudes y defectos, y hacer algo al respecto por mejorar. Una persona humilde esta llena de valores, no juzga ni critica, al contrario enfocan su energía en ayudar a las personas y celebran los triunfos y logros de los demás, pues ser humilde implica no dar lugar a la envidia ni nada que lo relacione.
✔ Humility.
Humility is a characteristic that people have that consists of recognizing our own strengths and weaknesses, and doing something about it to improve. A humble person is full of values, does not judge or criticize, on the contrary they focus their energy on helping people and celebrate the triumphs and achievements of others, because being humble implies not giving rise to envy or anything that relates it.
