В рамках 13-го (интересное число) недельного конкурса от @teamukraine "Токсичні люди в житті, методи боротьби та запобігання впливу на моє самопочуття" в єтом видео я делюсь своими міслями и навіками защиті от “негатива”.

Для тех, кому вечно не хватает времени и все не так, (вспоминаем тему конкурса) короткий план :)
Если есть возможность, удаляем таких людей со своего окружения.
Если нет возможности удалить, меняем свое отношения к ним. При общении с ними акцентируем внимания на каком-то символе, ваша вера в который защитит Вас от их негатива (крестик, булавка, скрещенные пальцы, любой другой символ в который вы верите). Реальный символ намного действеннее, чем воображаемый купол или стакан, которым мы пытаемся защититься, особенно для начинающих.
Не забываем, что очень часто, неосознанно, мы сами оказываем негативное влияния на других, по этому стараемся жить тут и сейчас активно практикуя осознанность.

If possible, we remove such people from our environment.
If it is not possible to delete, we change our attitude towards them. When communicating with them, we focus on some symbol, your faith in which will protect you from their negativity (cross, pin, crossed fingers, any other symbol in which you believe). A real symbol is much more effective than an imaginary dome or glass that we are trying to protect, especially for beginners.
Do not forget that very often, unconsciously, we ourselves have a negative impact on others, therefore we try to live here and now actively practicing awareness.
