Геніальний нідерландський художник-постімпресіоніст Вінсент ван Гог бачив вираз експресії та душу в природі, як-от в деревах, а я бачу їх в кожній рослинці у власному саду. І сьогодні вранці я побачила патріотичну українську душу одного з моїх голландських ірисів, який першим розквітнув цього тривожного понеділка. Це було так зворушливо. Наче рослина висловила мені підтримку. Мовляв, я теж з Україною.
The brilliant Dutch post-impressionist painter Vincent van Gogh saw expression and soul in nature, in trees for instance. I see them in every plant in my garden. This morning I saw the patriotic Ukrainian soul of one of my Dutch irises! This Dutch Irise first bloomed on this anxious Monday. It was so touching. The Dutch Iris expressed its support for me. It also stands with Ukraine.
Після чергової безсонної ночі, через ракетні обстріли Росії, я вийшла на неспішну ранкову прогулянку в сад, аби хоча б трішки відновитися. Можливо, мені теж захотілося б 'to do landscape', як Вінсенту ван Гогу, якби не послідувала нова ракетна атака Києва. Така наша щоденна реальність.
After a series of sleepless nights, due to Russian missile attacks, I went for a leisurely morning walk in the garden to restore my strength at least a little. Perhaps I would also want 'to do landscape', like Vincent Van Gogh, if a new missile attack on Kyiv had not followed. This is our daily reality.
Який чудовий понеділковий ранок! Усі рослини співіснують у ідеальній гармонії. Чому це неможливо в людському світі?! Всім вистачає сонця, тіні, любові... Бо в природі немає ненависті, підлості, заздрості.
What a beautiful Monday morning! All plants coexist in perfect harmony. Why is this not possible in the human world?! Everyone has enough sun, shade and love... Because there is no hatred, meanness, no envy in Nature.
Природа дає мені цілющу життєдайну силу. Але це ненадовго. Бо попереду важкий день. Сподіваюся, цього освіжаючого трунку Матінки-природи, який вона подарувала мені цієї ранкової прогулянки, вистачить на весь день.
The healing power of nature fills me with life-giving energy. It's not for long. Because a difficult day is ahead. I hope that I will have enough of this refreshing drink of Mother Nature for all day that it gave me during this morning walk.
