Привіт друзі. Останні декілька днів, через терор росії ми мали світло лише вночі. Тож вночі ми трішки нагріли оселю і зарядили телефони, а вдень, вже з гарним настроєм виходимо трішки прогулятись крижаними полями.
Hi friends. The last few days, due to the terror of Russia, we only had light at night. So at night we warmed up the house a little and charged our phones, and in the afternoon, already in a good mood, we go out for a little walk in the icy fields.
Дуже багато негативу і супротиву від малечі, але про це не сьогодні, А сьогодні трішки про зиму, яка все ж не хоче морозити і сніжити, повноцінно вступивши в свої володіння. В душі неспокійно і присутній якийсь легкий тремор тіла, згадуючи усі методи відганяння тривоги і заспокоєння нервів, які навчали на тренінгах на початку війни, в голові думка зачепилась лише за одну ідею - потік свіжого повітря і прогулянка.
There is a lot of negativity and opposition from the little ones, but that's not about it today, but today it's a little about winter, which, after all, does not want to freeze and snow, having fully entered its domain. The soul is restless and there is a slight tremor of the body, remembering all the methods of driving away anxiety and calming the nerves that were taught at the trainings at the beginning of the war, the thought stuck to only one idea in the head - a flow of fresh air and a walk.
Зібравши маленьку торбинку з теплим чайком і печивом - вийшли на вулицю. Свіжість дихає в обличчя і нарешті відчула, що дихаю таки на повні груди і якась легка впевненість повертається до мене. Відволікаюсь розмовами про наближення свят з дитиною, і розумію що це найкраща терапія - творчі фото краси, яка постійно навколо нас, розмови про впевнене завтра. Якось навіть радісніше стає. Варто повертатись до волонтерства - подумала я і записалась в "пункт незламності" на чергування.
After collecting a small bag with warm tea and cookies, we went outside. Freshness breathes in my face and I finally felt that I was breathing fully and some light confidence returned to me. I am distracted by conversations about the approaching holidays with my child, and I understand that this is the best therapy - creative photos of the beauty that is constantly around us, conversations about a sure tomorrow. Somehow it becomes even happier. I should return to volunteering, I thought, and signed up for duty at the "point of invincibility".
Попри проблеми і незручності, які нам хоче створити терористична росія - українці готові до будь-яких випробувань у боротьбі за свободу і Незалежність. У нас лише одна залежність - від любові і краси світу, що нас оточує.

Despite the problems and inconveniences that terrorist Russia wants to create for us, Ukrainians are ready for any challenges in the fight for freedom and independence. We have only one dependence - on the love and beauty of the world around us.
