У серпні я розповідала про те, що нарешті наважилася піти навчатися в автошколу. Я мріяла отримати водійське посвідчення досить давно, але лише цього року бажаня пересилило страх та невпевненість. Звісно, це був не найбільш вдалий рік для того, чтоб навчитися та пройти всі етапи тестування швидко та ефективно, тож заплановані 3 місяці навчання розтягнулися на майже п'ять (це - ідеальний варіант, якщо все вдасться скласти з першого разу).
Я не до кінця розумію, чого процес так затягнувся: у школі пояснюють, що це пов'язане з карантинними обмеженнями та бажанням адміністрації школи організувати та провести додаткові лекції для студентів. До їхнього переліку входили лекція з медицини, лекція щодо технічної будови автомобіля, лекція щодо юридичних питань та навіть лекція з психологом. В принципі, немає чого скаржитися - до підготовки майбутніх водіїв школа підходить досить відповідально.
У мене залишилося 4 практичних заняття, а потім іспити. Іспити проходять в 2 етапи: внутрішній, в автошколі (теоретичний + практичний) та зовнішній, у сервісному центрі (також теоретичний + практичний).
Вчора я успішно склала внутрішній теоретичний екзамен (40/40, є привід пишатися собою). З теорією все більш-менш зрозуміло, тим паче що зараз є всі онлайн-ресурси для швидкої та ефективної підготовки. Трохи складніше з практикою - інструктори кажуть, что останнім часом умови складання стали жорсткішими, додали декілька вправ для автодрому і загалом більше прискіпуються. Але є й хороші новини: тепер весь процес складання записуєься на відеокамеру - для мене це позитивний момент.
Що б там не було, я не розслаблятимуся та сподіватимуся на те, що вдасться завершити цей довгий шлях вже цього року. Хоча хто зна, як буде. Життя вирішить за нас. Сподіваюся, скоро зможу поділитися набагато більшими успіхами, ніж просто складання внутрішнього теоретичного іспиту 😉

In August, I talked about the fact that I finally decided to go to a driving school. I had dreamed of getting a driver's license for a long time, but only this year the desire overcame fear and uncertainty. Of course, this was not the best year to learn and pass all the stages of testing quickly and efficiently, so the planned 3 months of training has already extended to for five months (this is an ideal option if I can pass everything with one attempt).
I do not fully understand why the process is taking so long: the school explains that this is due to quarantine restrictions and the desire of the school administration to organize and conduct additional lectures for students. Their list included a lecture on medicine, a lecture on the technical structure of a car, a lecture on legal issues, and even a lecture with a psychologist. Basically, there is nothing to complain about: the school approaches the training of future drivers quite responsibly.
I have 4 practical classes left, and then exams. Exams are held in 2 stages: internal, in driving school (theoretical + practical) and external, in the service center (also theoretical + practical).
Yesterday I successfully passed the internal theoretical exam (40/40, there is reason to be proud of myself). Everything is more or less clear with the theory, especially now that we have all the online resources for quick and effective preparation. It's a bit more difficult with practice - instructors say that recently the conditions of passing have become more stringent, a few exercises for the racetrack have been added and the inspectors are generally more demanding. But there is also good news: now the whole process is recorded on a video camera, which is a positive thing for me.
Whatever it is, I will not relax and hope that this long journey will be completed this year. Although who knows how it will be. Life will decide for us. I hope that soon I will be able to share much greater successes than just passing an internal theoretical exam 😉
