There were no sirens for a long time and I wanted to make a big circle around my area!
That's what I call big!
But there are not even 10,000 steps in this circle...
I went around this circle, 7648 steps...
Didn't watch while walking...
Recently, and this is almost 3 months - a good result of walking!
But I already want to walk 50,000 - 100,000 steps a day!
So, I went out somewhere in the evening ...
There were no sirens, children are walking, riding scooters, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades...
The smallest ones are on the playgrounds!
Life is in full swing!
Krivoy Rog is a city where life is always in full swing!
But the siren went off half way!
Do you think someone ran somewhere?
Is someone scared of something?
Not!
As life flows, so it flows!
And I went on my track!
The body requires a lot of walking, but I'm still happy with today's walk!

Сьогодні вдень ходив вулицею!
Ні, не так!
Довго не було сирен і мені захотілося зробити велике коло навколо мого району!
Я його так називаю, великим!
Але в цьому колі немає і 10 000 кроків.
Пройшов я цим колом, 7648 кроків...
Спеціально не дивився під час ходьби.
Останнім часом, а це майже 3 місяці – непоганий результат ходьби!
Але вже хочеться ходити по 50000 – 100000 кроків на день!
Так ось, вийшов я десь надвечір...
Не було сирен, діти гуляють, катаються на самокатах, велосипедах, скейтах, роликах...
Найменші – на майданчиках!
Життя вирує!
Кривий Ріг – це місто де завжди вирує життя!
Але на півдорозі заробила сирена!
Думаєте, хтось кудись побіг?
Хтось чогось злякався?
Ні!
Як текло життя так і тече!
І я йшов далі своєю колією!
Організм вимагає багато ходьби, але я все одно задоволений сьогоднішньою пішою прогулянкою!
Мирного неба всім вам!
І гарного настрою, незважаючи ні на що!
