Зима настала якось занадто стабільно. Саме так було і з осінню: саме 1 вересня вона до нас прийшла, і вже не відступала. Похолодання, вітри, дощі тягнулися до самого першого снігу. І ніякого 'бабиного літа' в повному обсязі ми так і не побачили.
А тепер випав сніг. Не скажу, що несподівано, бо синоптики заздалегідь попереджали про зимову погоду. Дякуючи цьому, мені вдалося вчасно обробити і дерева, і кущі на ділянці. А сніг як випав вночі позавчора, так і лежить. Ще й насипало його більше. Вже не зріжу у вазу хризантеми, - після снігу вони в хаті втратять свій прекрасний вигляд.
Winter came somehow too steadily. It was the same with autumn: it came to us on September 1, and has not retreated. Cold weather, winds, rains stretched until the very first snow. And we never saw any "women's summer" in its entirety.
And now it snowed. I will not say that it is unexpected, because forecasters warned in advance about winter weather. Thanks to this, I managed to process both trees and bushes on the site in time. And the snow, as it fell the night before yesterday, is still lying there. He poured more of it. I will no longer cut chrysanthemums in a vase - after the snow they will lose their beautiful appearance in the house.
Цікаво бачити раптовість появи снігового покривала на квіточках. От були собі матіоли, вечорами дарували свій неймовірний аромат. І - вже під снігом.
It is interesting to see the sudden appearance of snow cover on the flowers. There were matiolas, in the evenings they gave off their incredible aroma. And - already under the snow.
Цікаво, чи померзне живородяща цибуля? Схоже, що вона морозу не боїться. Зовсім. Бо навіть світлина у мене вийшла якась космічна спочатку, хоча спеціальних функцій я не вмикала.
I wonder if viviparous onions will freeze? It seems that she is not afraid of frost. Completely. Because even my photo turned out somewhat cosmic at first, although I did not turn on special functions.
Тепер можна зібрати ягоди калини. Вони після морозу особливо смачні і корисні. Хоча - яка різниця, де їх тримати замерзлими - в морозилці чи на гілочці? Нехай собі висять і радують душу, коли треба буде - зірвеш і поїсиш. Зате ці вогненні ягідки щоразу нагадують пісню:
'А ми тую червону калину підіймемо,
А ми нашу славну Україну розвеселимо!'
Now you can collect viburnum berries. They are especially tasty and useful after frost. Although - what is the difference where to keep them frozen - in the freezer or on a branch? Let them hang and delight the soul, when necessary - pluck and eat. But these fiery berries remind me of a song every time:
"And we will raise that red viburnum,
And we will cheer up our glorious Ukraine!'
Перезимуємо. Переможемо. І розквітнуть українські квіти мирною весною, і згинуть наші вороженьки, як роса на сонці!
