Mañana se celebra el día del padre y quise hacerle un espacio y dedicatoria a mi papá ya que es alguien muy importante en mi vida, a quien amo y admiro mucho.
Tomorrow is Father's Day and I wanted to make a space and something dedicated to my dad because he is someone very important in my life, whom I love and admire a lot.
Un Superhéroe sin capas ni poderes mágicos, es como siempre veo a mi padre, la destreza que tiene para liberarme de problemas emocionales es algo que amo, su sobreprotección me hace sentir segura; como un polluelo bajo las alas del águila padre.
Mi padre es dedicado, le gusta hacer reír a las personas cuando se sienten mal, ayudar a los que necesiten, es bondadoso, un gran maestro de electricidad y un poco en mecánica, lo que no sabe hacer lo aprende y por ello ha logrado trabajar en tantos lugares y conocer muchas personas, es muy sociable, al igual que a mí le encantan los animales y es algo que me gusta mucho de él ya que siempre concordamos en traer mascotas a casa, como todo el mundo él se equivoca y comete errores pero siempre aprende de ellos, se vuelve a levantar y sigue caminando cuando tropieza con un problema.
A Superhero without capes or magical powers, is how I always see my father, the skill he has to free me from emotional problems is something I love, his overprotection makes me feel safe; like a chick under the wings of the eagle father.
My father is dedicated, he likes to make people laugh when they feel bad, help those in need, he is kind, a great teacher of electricity and a little in mechanics, what he does not know how to do he learns and that is why he has managed to work in so many places and meet many people, he is very sociable, just like me he loves animals and it is something I really like about him since we always agree to bring pets home, like everyone else he makes mistakes and makes mistakes but always learns from them, he gets back up and keeps walking when he stumbles over a problem.
Para mí él significa una gran parte de mi corazón, soy una persona muy apegada a mi familia y mis padres lo son todo.
A la hora de seguir mis más alocados sueños él siempre me ha apoyado, desde pequeña que he querido ser veterinaria/actriz/doctora/escritora. Hasta ahora estoy logrando tres de esas cuatro con un gran apoyo de mis padres. Cuando supe que no podría viajar a otra ciudad para ser veterinaria mi padre me animó a seguir con mis otros sueños, cuando inicié a realizar obras de teatro u otras cosas referente a la actuación él me apoyó y me ayudó en muchas ocasiones, cuando me inscribí en paramédico y en medicina él me apoyó y me alentó, cuando comencé a escribir historias para poder cumplir mi más grande sueño él me dio ánimos justo como aún lo hace. Sus consejos son muy importantes para mí, seguir mis sueños es una decisión muy difícil ya que los obstáculos son grandes y mis padres con sus consejos y ánimos hacen que esos obstáculos sean más pequeños que una molécula.
For me he means a big part of my heart, I am very attached to my family and my parents are everything.
When it comes to following my wildest dreams he has always supported me, since I was a little girl I have wanted to be a veterinarian/actress/doctor/writer. So far I am achieving three of those four with great support from my parents. When I knew I could not travel to another city to be a veterinarian my father encouraged me to follow my other dreams, when I started doing plays or other things related to acting he supported me and helped me many times, when I enrolled in paramedic and medicine he supported me and encouraged me, when I started writing stories to fulfill my biggest dream he encouraged me just as he still does. His advice is very important to me, following my dreams is a very difficult decision because the obstacles are big and my parents with their advice and encouragement make those obstacles smaller than a molecule.
Cada día es una aventura juntos, aprendí hace mucho que los días con la personas que amamos hay que aprovecharlos al máximo, nunca sabemos cuándo ya no podríamos compartir juntos.
Recuerdo una vez que hice un viaje turístico con mis padres, mientras mi madre estaba en una reunión de trabajo en ese lugar, mi padre y yo fuimos a ver unos animales que habían en ese local. Recuerdo que paseamos por una plaza y el me cantaba una canción de mariachi mientras caminábamos, fuimos a comprar unos helados y nos sentamos en la plaza a esperar a mi madre, él me contaba cosas de su infancia y me daba varios consejos, yo tenía 8 años y el viaje fue al Estado Trujillo, un lugar frío.
Every day is an adventure together, I learned a long time ago that you have to make the most of the days with the people you love, you never know when you might not be able to share them together.
I remember once I went on a tourist trip with my parents, while my mother was in a work meeting in that place, my father and I went to see some animals that were in that place. I remember we walked through a square and he sang me a mariachi song while we walked, we went to buy some ice cream and we sat in the square to wait for my mother, he told me things of his childhood and gave me several tips, I was 8 years old and the trip was to Trujillo State, a cold place.
Ese día se hacía tarde y yo parecía estar en una película donde solo por ese momento los protagonistas eran un padre amoroso y protector junto con su hija soñadora, recuerdo bailar mientras caminaba arriba de unas escaleras y mi padre me sostenía de una mano para no caer y darme una vuelta. Él cantaba la canción y yo la bailaba con mucha felicidad.
That day it was getting late and I seemed to be in a movie where only for that moment the main characters were a loving and protective father and his dreamy daughter, I remember dancing while walking up some stairs and my father was holding my hand to keep me from falling and giving me a turn. He sang the song and I danced to it happily.
De regreso a casa lo único que pensaba es que no quería que el día terminará, quería seguir disfrutando el clima y de las canciones de mi padre; y entonces me dí cuenta, no es el lugar, ni son las canciones, sino mi Padre, él era el motivo de mi felicidad.
Cada día que despierto cerca de mi padre, me doy cuenta de lo afortunada que soy por aún tenerlo conmigo, lo amo infinitamente.
Back home all I could think was that I didn't want the day to end, I wanted to continue enjoying the weather and my father's songs; and then I realized, it's not the place, nor the songs, but my father, he was the reason for my happiness.
Every day that I wake up near my father, I realize how lucky I am to still have him with me, I love him infinitely.
That cool celebratig father's day is a means of remebering the good deed and the fathely care of fathers around the world.
Many fathers make sacrifices to give their children well-being and happiness, they are responsible and are there to support us. I am fortunate to have a dad with those qualities. I am very happy for that.
