Una cita doble

Hola mis estimados escritores, espero esten muy bien.

Hoy les vengo a relatar la cita doble que tuve hace unos días.

El día viernes Anna Paula, mi hija mayor, como todos los viernes participó en un concurso que hacen en la radio, donde regalan premios dependiendo de los patrocinadores del día, la dinámica consiste en que la emisora coloca una canción, pero solamente la parte instrumental y las personas que la escuchan deben llamar, decir cual es la canción, quien la canta y si quieren cantar un poquito de su letra, pues mi hija como todos los viernes participó.

Este viernes la canción se llamaba “TALISMAN” y la canta Ana Gabriel, ella no se sabía la canción, pero quería cantarla para tener más oportunidad deganar, así que rapidamente le busque un cuaderno donde le escribi un pedacito del coro y le coloque la canción para que se guiara, se lo aprendió de manera rápida y le enviamos una nota de voz al locutor de la radio, el la colocó y le dijó que estaba participando.

Esta emisora coloca este concurso todos los viernes entre 10 y 12 del mediodía, cuando ya llegan las 11:30 de la mañana, empiezan a cerrar el concurso para proceder a sacar los ganadores, ese viernes habían 2 premios, para mayor sorpresa del día Anna Paula fue una de las ganadoras, y el premio fue un helado de paleta a su gusto.
Ella estaba muy emocionada y me dijo que ese día en la tarde al ir a reclamar su premio tendriamos una cita y así fue.

Today I come to tell you about the double date I had a few days ago.

On Friday Anna Paula, my oldest daughter, like every Friday participated in a contest that they do on the radio, where they give away prizes depending on the sponsors of the day, the dynamic is that the radio station plays a song, but only the instrumental part and the people who listen to it must call, say what the song is, who sings it and if they want to sing a little of the lyrics, well my daughter like every Friday participated.

This Friday the song was called "TALISMAN" and it was sung by Ana Gabriel, she didn't know the song, but she wanted to sing it to have more chance to win, so I quickly found her a notebook where I wrote a little piece of the chorus and put the song to guide her, she learned it quickly and we sent a voice note to the radio announcer, he placed it and told her that she was participating.

This radio station places this contest every Friday between 10 and 12 noon, when 11:30 in the morning arrives, they start to close the contest to proceed to draw the winners, that Friday there were 2 prizes, to the biggest surprise of the day Anna Paula was one of the winners, and the prize was a popsicle ice cream to her liking.
She was very excited and told me that that day in the afternoon when she went to claim her prize we would have an appointment and so it was.

Al llegar a la heladería, comentamos que la niña era la ganadora de del programa de radio de la emisora, así que de manera inmediata le dijeron que estaban al tanto, que por favor eligiera su helado, el sabor que quisiera y que le colocara el topping de su agrado, así que ella eligio una paleta de sabor a chicle con topping de leche condensada y chispas de chocolate, lo que si me preguntaron fue que si le podían tomar una foto en un columpio que tienen dentro de la tienda para tenerla como evidencia, lo cual accedí a la petición.

When we arrived at the ice cream shop, we commented that the girl was the winner of the radio program of the radio station, so they immediately told her that they were aware, to please choose her ice cream, the flavor she wanted and to put the topping of her liking, so she chose a bubble gum flavored popsicle with condensed milk and chocolate chips topping, what they asked me was if they could take a picture of her on a swing that they have inside the store to have it as evidence, which I agreed to the request.

Claro está que nosotras no fuimos solas, porque tenemos a un príncipe encantador que siempre nos quiere acompañar, es un caballero hermoso, galán de estos tiempos que nunca se nos separa, llamado Mathias Andrés, mi único hijo varón, quien por supuesto por acompañarnos también disfrutó de su paleta, también era de chicle pero con el topping de leche condensada.

Of course we did not go alone, because we have a charming prince who always wants to accompany us, he is a beautiful gentleman, gallant of these times who never leaves our side, called Mathias Andrés, my only son, who of course for accompanying us also enjoyed his lollipop, it was also made of gum but with condensed milk topping.

Yo por supuesto no me podía quedar sin comer mi helado, solo que lo pedí de manera diferente, el mío era de Toronto, un chocolate venezolano muy exquisito que en el centro lleva maní, y mi topping fue solo de leche condensada.

I of course could not stay without eating my ice cream, only I asked for it in a different way, mine was Toronto, a very delicious Venezuelan chocolate with peanuts in the center, and my topping was only condensed milk.

Pues así fue como pasamos un rato agradable y muy diferente, en lo particular tenía mucho tiempo sin salir a comer algo con los niños debido al tema de la pandemia, ellos lo disfrutaron al máximo al igual que yo, cabe resaltar que el señor que nos atendió me dijo que a partir de viernes que viene iban a empezar a dar como premio unas malteadas de café, así que a partir de este viernes empiezo participar aunque yo no cante nada bien jajajaja.

Well that's how we spent a nice and very different time, in particular I had a long time without going out to eat something with the kids because of the pandemic, they enjoyed it as much as I did, it should be noted that the man who served us told me that from next Friday they were going to start giving as a prize some coffee milkshakes, so from this Friday I start participating although I do not sing well hahahaha.
