Saludos, vengo a continuar mi recapitulación de los últimos meses del embarazo de mi prometida, este post será sobre el cuarto mes y si, otra vez uno a dos partes, no es mi culpa, fue un mes complicado… En esta ocasión hablo de las complicaciones propias de un sangrado y del reposo absoluto ordenado por la doctora.
Greetings, I came to continue my recap of the last months of my fiancée's pregnancy, this post will be about the fourth month, and yes, a two-part again, is not my fault, it was a complicated month... This time I talk about the complications of bleeding and the absolute rest ordered by the doctor.
Antes de entrar en el tema quiero reiterar en dar advertencia, proseguiré a hablar sobre infecciones posteriores a un sangrado que no siempre suceden y otras complicaciones inevitables e inesperadas de un sangrado de las que pocos hablan.
Before I get into the post I want to remind you about what I will talk about post-bleeding infections that don't always happen and other unavoidable and unexpected complications of bleeding that few people talk about.

Cadenas de la infección | Infection chains
Primero deseo hablar de lo importante que es generar un horario y apegarse al mismo, en condiciones de sangrado o problemas similares un horario es vida, es LEY y mandato divino, si no hacen un horario veras como pronto todo se hace un desastre, literalmente.
First, I want to talk about how important it is to generate a schedule and stick to it in conditions of bleeding or similar problems. A schedule is life, is LAW and divine commandment, if you don't make a schedule you will see how soon everything becomes a mess, literally.
¿Ven este desastre de habitación? Esto es como se ve cuidar de alguien en cama, para ser exactos es la versión más directa de ello, colocar todo siempre a alcance y establecer un buen horario para hacer todos los cuidados de manera conveniente.

Muy pronto nuestras vidas se vieron mecanizadas, hasta nuestro tiempo de ocio se vio medido y encajado en un pequeño recuadro recordándonos que las cadenas escarlatas estaban muy cerca y que ahora mismo nos encontrábamos atados por una nueva cadena.
Very soon our lives were mechanized, even our leisure time was measured and fitted into a small box reminding us that the scarlet chains were very close and that right now we were bound by a new chain.
Y esa consecuencia no es más que infecciones que fueron ocasionadas por el sangrado, nuestra nueva cadena, la cadena de la infección, primero vino una infección urinaria (O eso creíamos en el momento) y luego otra infección, esta de candidiasis en consecutivo.
And that consequence is nothing more than infections caused by the bleeding, our new chain, the chain of infection, first came to a urinary infection (Or so we thought at the time) and then another infection, this one of candidiasis in consecutive. Mientras ella cumplía los tratamientos hubo progresos sin otras sorpresas gracias a Dios, contra la infección urinaria a punta de antibióticos (Ciprofloxacina) desapareció y contra la cándida a través de óvulos con metronidazol, disminuyo.
While she was undergoing the treatments there was progress with no further surprises, thanks to God. The urinary infection was prescribed (Ciprofloxacin) and ovules of metronidazole against candida until it diminished.
Curiosidad: Ella tiene nauseas todo el tiempo lo cual llevo a esta anécdota, un enfermero de la clínica nos acercó una papelera al verla vomitando y pregunto "¿Esta bien señora?", a lo cual ella respondió "Estoy algo embarazada, sabes". Un momento divertido que sucedió de camino a ver a la doctora.
Fun fact, She gets nauseous all the time which led to this anecdote. The nurse at the clinic brought a trashcan over to us when he saw her vomiting and asked - Are you okay ma'am?, to which she replied - I'm kind of pregnant, you know. A funny moment did happen on the way to see the doctor.
Luego de ello la doctora nos dio la noticia de que la infección de orina había desaparecido pero el tratamiento de Óvulos de metronidazol contra la cándida debía ser alargado un poco más porque está aún estaba presente dentro y esta podía afectar al bebe.
After that, the doctor gave us news, the urine infection was gone, but the treatment of metronidazole eggs against candida had to be extended a little longer because it was still present inside and could affect the baby.
Y eso se debió a la cadena de infecciones que vinieron luego del sangrado, cosa poco común pero que sucede. La cándida anido en su vagina usando la sangre como alimento y probablemente vino del agua "Potable" de la ciudad según estima la doctora, la infección de orina fue resultado de la cándida y nos complicó todo con él bebe.
And that was the chain of infections that came after the bleeding, which is rare but does happen. The candida nested in her vagina using the blood as food and probably came from the "Drinkable" water in the city. According to the doctor's estimation, the urine infection was a result of the candida and complicated everything for us and the baby.
Luego de regresar mi prometida deseaba cortarse el pelo lo más pronto posible, lo cual amerita un post por sí mismo de lo difícil que fue y lo laborioso que resulto, pero se logró, ¡Acá les dejo un adelanto!
After returning home, my fiancée wanted to get her hair cut as soon as possible, which deserves a post by itself about how difficult it was and how laborious it turned out to be, but it was a success, here's a preview!
