Los abuelos sin duda alguna son importantes en la vida de nuestros pequeños, porque ellos les inculcan conocimientos relacionados con las tradiciones, cultura y hasta religión, además de valores humanos y derroche de amor hacia nuestros hijos. Todas esas cositas que los padres, ya sea por falta de tiempo o porque estamos enfocados en otras áreas del crecimiento de nuestros hijos no podemos ofrecerles. De generación en generación los abuelos siempre han sido participes en la crianza y valores de la familia y por eso los guardamos en un lugar muy especial en nuestro corazón. En mi caso, siempre recuerdo con mucho cariño a mis dos abuelitas. Mi abuela paterna me consentía con sus deliciosas comidas y mi abuela materna con sus regalos de maquillaje 🤣, que para una niña coqueta era lo máximo. Lo cierto es que ahora mi madre cumple ese rol con mis niños y la verdad para mí y para mi esposo es muy gratificante, porque el amor que ella siente hacia ellos es incondicional, los ama demasiado. Tanto que mis niños se pelean por dormir con ella y nosotros pasamos a un segundo plano cuando “la abue”, Betty, viene a visitarnos.

Ella es como su ángel de la guarda, siempre está ahí para defenderlos hasta de mí 😂. La verdad es que uno tiene que cumplir el rol de madre y, lamentablemente, algunas veces uno tiene que ser el malo de la película para evitar que sean niños caprichosos, mimados, malcriados, prepotentes, groseros, crueles, porque uno quiere educarlos de la mejor manera para que de grandes sean ciudadanos ejemplares, prósperos y bondadosos.
Pasando un día distinto
Lo cierto es que mis queridos #Hive y #Motherhood los abuelos cumplen un papel importante en la educación de nuestros hijos y nombraré algunas ventajas de ellas:
Nuestros retoños aprenderán a desarrollar y equilibrar sus emociones por la seguridad y el amor desmedido que le brindan.
Harán que nuestros hijos sean responsables y fuertes por los valores que podrían inculcarles como el respeto, el amor, la paciencia y hasta el esfuerzo dedicado.
Harán felices a nuestros hijos con sus juegos ocurrentes. Me encanta ver esto porque mi madre vuelve a ser una niña jugando con ellos.
Se desconectan un poco de la tecnología y vuelven a los juegos tradicionales.
Serán adultos sanos emocionalmente porque ese amor incondicional hará que se conviertan en grandes amigos y hasta confidentes, si tienen algún problema acudirán con su abuela para consejos.

Por supuesto no sólo son ventajas para nuestros pequeños sino también para nuestra madre o padre, porque ellos no se sentirán solos ni deprimidos, porque tendrán ese cariño y compañía que tanto necesitan al ser adultos mayores.

¿Sabías que el 26 de Julio es el Día del Abuelo? Resulta que en Venezuela así como en los países que profesan la religión católica conmemoran este día a San Joaquín y Santa Ana, padres de la virgen María, de modo que es el día propicio para celebrar a los abuelitos.
La Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), también lo promueve a escala internacional, pero lo celebra el 1 de Octubre de cada año.
Cuiden y quieran a sus padres y enséñenles a sus pequeños, porque en algún momento también seremos abuelos
En conclusión, para mí es una satisfacción que mi madre pueda compartir con mis niños y que los consienta porque ese es su rol y me encanta. Además ellos son felices. Mi esposo y yo terminamos entendiendo que ella ya crío y que ahora debe disfrutar a sus nietos sin ninguna responsabilidad. Sentir el peso de educarlos para que sean hombres de bien es responsabilidad directa de los padres.

Pure and true love
Grandparents are undoubtedly important in the lives of our children, because they instill in them knowledge related to traditions, culture and even religion, as well as human values and love for our children. All those little things that parents, either for lack of time or because we are focused on other areas of our children's growth we cannot offer them. From generation to generation grandparents have always been involved in the upbringing and values of the family and that is why we keep them in a very special place in our hearts. In my case, I always remember my two grandmothers with great affection. My paternal grandmother spoiled me with her delicious meals and my maternal grandmother with her makeup gifts 🤣 which for a flirty little girl was the ultimate. The truth is that now my mother fulfills that role with my children and the truth for me and my husband is very gratifying, because the love she feels towards them is unconditional, she loves them too much. So much so that my children fight to sleep with her and we take a back seat when "grandma" Betty comes to visit us.

She is like their guardian angel, she is always there to defend them even from me 😂. The truth is that one has to fulfill the role of a mother and, unfortunately, sometimes one has to be the bad guy in the movie to prevent them from being capricious, whiny, spoiled, arrogant, rude, cruel children, because one wants to educate them in the best way so that when they grow up they will be exemplary, prosperous and kind citizens.
Spending a different day
The truth is that my dear #Hive and #Motherhood grandparents play an important role in the education of our children and I will name some advantages of them:
Our offspring will learn to develop and balance their emotions because of the security and unbounded love they provide.
They will make our children responsible and strong because of the values they could instill in them such as respect, love, patience and even dedicated effort.
They will make our children happy with their witty games. I love watching this because my mom is a kid again playing with them.
They get a little disconnected from technology and go back to traditional games.
They will be emotionally healthy adults because that unconditional love will make them become great friends and even confidants, if they have any problems they will go to their grandmother for advice.

Of course, these are not only advantages for our little ones but also for our mother or father, because they will not feel lonely or depressed, because they will have that love and company they need so much as older adults.

Did you know that July 26th is Grandfather's Day? It turns out that in Venezuela as well as in countries that profess the Catholic religion, this day commemorates St. Joachim and St. Anne, parents of the Virgin Mary, so it is the right day to celebrate grandparents.
The United Nations Organization (ONU) also promotes it on an international scale, but celebrates it on October 1st of each year.
Care and love your parents and teach your little ones, because at some point we will also be grandparents
In conclusion, for me it is a satisfaction that my mother can share with my children and pamper them because that is her role and I love it. Besides, they are happy. My husband and I ended up understanding that she already raised them and that now she should enjoy her grandchildren without any responsibility. Feeling the burden of raising them to be good men is the direct responsibility of the parents.
