En estos días pasados viví como una mamá una etapa muy bonita, y al mismo tiempo es una etapa que te llena de miedos por el futuro, miedo a que ves que tu bebé a empezado a crecer y ni cuenta te diste. y este momento que trajo un remolino de emociones fue la promoción a primer grado de mi niña Lorelei.
In these past days I lived as a mom a very beautiful stage, and at the same time it is a stage that fills you with fears for the future, fear that you see that your baby has started to grow and you didn't even realize it. And this moment that brought a whirlwind of emotions was the promotion to first grade of my girl Lorelei.
Unos días antes nos llamaron para tomar las fotos. en un lugar muy bonito del circulo Militar de Caracas conocido popularmente como el laguito ya que allí hay un lago que recorre todo el lugar.
A few days before we were called to take the photos in a very nice place in the Military Circle of Caracas, popularly known as the little lake, since there is a lake that runs through the whole place.
En casa al ponerle su nuevo uniforme me dio tanta alegría. ella estaba muy emocionada. Ya en el lugar de las fotos todas al verse con su uniforme nuevo estaban felices. Se pusieron a jugar se abrazaban.
At home when I put her new uniform on her, I was so happy, she was so excited. At the place where the pictures were taken, everyone was so happy when they saw each other in their new uniforms. They started playing and hugging each other.
Verla como el fotógrafo le colocaba el birrete y la toga y vérselo puesto fue para mí como una premonición de lo que vendrá,pues en ese momento sentí como si estuviera viendo el futuro y mi niña, mi pequeña bebé se esta graduando de una carrera profesional, ese instante lo sentí como algo tan raro y bonito a la vez. no aguante las lagrimas de emoción y alegría, ver a mi niña avanzar en una nueva etapa de su vida fue algo muy bonito para mí,ver como Juan Andrés su hermanito estaba tan emocionado por su hermana, el estaba muy alegre y quería tomarse la foto con ella.
Seeing her as the photographer put on her cap and gown and seeing her wearing it was for me like a premonition of what is to come, because at that moment I felt as if I was seeing the future and my little girl, my little baby is graduating from a professional career, that moment felt like something so rare and beautiful at the same time. I could not hold back the tears of emotion and joy, to see my little girl move forward in a new stage of her life was something very nice for me, to see how Juan Andres her little brother was so excited for his sister, he was very happy and wanted to take the picture with her.
Ver esta foto, me da tanta felicidad porque espero que siempre estén así juntos compartiendo sus éxitos y fracasos en la vida.
Seeing this photo, gives me so much happiness because I hope they will always be like this together sharing their successes and failures in life.
El día del acto de promoción fue un día muy bonito, todos estábamos muy contentos por lorelei, seria su ultimo día en el preescolar.
The day of the promotion ceremony was a very nice day, we were all very happy for Lorelei, it would be her last day at preschool.
Al llegar todo estaba decorado del color de la bandera, a nosotros los padres nos hicieron entrar y luego entraron los niños formando una columna acompañados de sus maestras.
When we arrived everything was decorated in the color of the flag, the parents made us enter and then the children entered in a column accompanied by their teachers.
a mi esposo y a mí nos invitaron a cantar el himno nacional y el nuevo himno de caracas.
my husband and i were invited to sing the national anthem and the new anthem of caracas.
Al terminar el himno la maestra dio unas palabras a sus niños, ella no aguanto las lagrimas pues muchos fueron sus alumnos desde el maternal, y todos comenzamos con ella a llorar, dio unas palabras muy emotivas diciéndoles que siempre estaría para ellos y el lugar que los vio crecer hasta ahora también. luego hicieron entrega de unos reconocimientos a la madrina de la promoción y a la representante vocera del salón y para nuestra sorpresa uno a nosotros como familia, ya que desde que los niños estudian allí siempre colaboramos en la parte cultural con muestras de música y talleres en torno a las tradiciones musicales. luego comenzaron a llamar de uno en uno a los niños para hacerle entrega de su diploma, y bueno mi teléfono en el momento más importante me dijo memoria llena.
At the end of the hymn the teacher gave a few words to her children, she could not hold back the tears because many were her students since kindergarten, and we all began to cry with her, she gave some very emotional words telling them that she would always be for them and the place that saw them grow up until now also. Then they gave some awards to the godmother of the promotion and the representative spokesperson of the classroom and to our surprise one to us as a family, because since the children studied there we always collaborate in the cultural part with music samples and workshops around the musical traditions. then they began to call one by one to the children to give them their diploma, and well my phone at the most important moment told me memory full.
Como pude resolví al salir del acto y le tome la foto a mi niña con su diploma.
As soon as I could, I took the picture of my little girl with her diploma.
Juan Andrés estaba un poco celoso porque ese día Lorelei era el centro de atención. así que le pedí prestado a Loreli su bufanda y se la puse y se sintió feliz, le dije que pronto a el también le tocara su día de promoción.
Juan Andres was a little jealous because that day Lorelei was the center of attention, so I borrowed Loreli's scarf and put it on him and he was happy, I told him that soon he too would have his promotion day.
Yo estaba demasiado feliz y orgullosa de mis dos chiquitos.
I was so happy and proud of my two little ones.

Fue un día muy bonito, el cual la pasamos muy feliz en familia.
It was a very nice day, which we spent very happily as a family.
