    What a lovely message, thank you so much for making my day and causing my smile to grow much more than just 10%. I love that you are a self improvement fan too, there is so much sadness, unhappiness and things we cannot help in the world, it is important we have an antidote to this so that when we do get the chance to help the world become a little better...
