It can be difficult to value yourself because sometimes, we put ourselves down and question our worth and other times we feel like we have to be "perfect." But we all deserve to feel good about ourselves. It's your job to learn to love yourself, no matter what.
Self-worth is how much you value yourself. It's how much you believe that you are worth and It is how much you believe that you are deserving of good things. I am worth it, these are the words that I tell myself in order to keep myself from succumbing to the negative voices in my head.
If you find yourself struggling with self-esteem issues, you need to focus on the things that you are worth. It is important to realize that you are worth the effort. You are worth the time and the energy you put into yourself. You are worth the love and the happiness you bring to others.
You are worth the effort it takes to be your best self. When you start telling yourself that you are worth it, you start to believe it. You start to believe that you are good enough and that you can conquer anything with your strong belief.
Never look down on yourself or let other people success distract you but stand up and fight in achieving that success as well with your hardwork and determination.
