Un saludo cordial a toda la comunidad Cinéfila espero de todo corazón que estén muy bien tenía ya un tiempo sin publicar alguna reseña y bueno hoy me anime y lo mas seguro es que este súper activo por aquí publicando ya que soy gran consumidor y nunca he faltado por ese lado, peo bueno ya le queda poco tiempo a lo que queda de año y vamos a subir full contenido cinéfilo y vaya espero que sea de su agrado.
Disfruto mucho las películas donde el buen amigo (Jesse Eisenberg) hace presencia y como se presenta a través de personajes curiosos, carismáticos y en ocasiones un poco extraño y nada sociales y bueno quien conoce este actor y ha seguido algunas de sus películas puede estar de acuerdo conmigo cuando digo que es de esos actores que suele llevar su personalidad a las películas y pareciera que fuera el mismo personaje siempre y eso hasta cierto punto no está mal siempre y cuando podamos disfrutar de una buena película y nuestro tiempo invertido no haya sido malgastado.
Antes de iniciar con mi pequeña reseña y es que no quiero hacer esto tan largo y tedioso más bien quiero hacer reseñas escritas los más directas y compactas que sea posible donde pueda compartir mi opinión y también contarte un poco de la trama y de esa manera quizás te animes a echarle un vistazo o porque no pasarle por un lado si crees que mi opinión es lo suficientemente aceptada o poderosa para confiar en mi punto de vista. Antes de comenzar te quiero recomendar un par de películas que de seguro te atraparán de inicio a fin y son las siguientes: Operación Ultra del 2015 dentro del género Acción/Comedia de 1h 35m y mi favorita y seguro la de muchos 30 minutos o menos del año 2011 del género Comedia/Acción de más o menos 1h 24m de la cual vas a reír mucho, créeme tiene que darle una oportunidad.

¿DE QUÉ TRATA LA PELÍCULA?
¡TE LO CUENTO RÁPIDO Y SIN SPOILERS, POR SI AÚN NO LA HAS VISTO!
Vivarium es una película que nos sumerge dentro del género Suspenso/Misterio donde conoceremos una joven pareja conformada por Tom (Jesse Eisenberg) y Gemma (Imogen Poots) quienes como todos sueñan con un hogar propio, pero aún no se han topado con la casa de sus sueños o por lo menos con la que su bolsillo pueda costear, pero como toda pareja de enamorados siempre le ven el lado positivo a todo y le dan un último vistazo a una casa que quizás pueda ser la que ellos estén buscando o una más del montón.
La pareja se pone en marcha y se dirigen a un lugar un poco apartado donde son recibidos por un hombre de traje un poco extraño, pero súper amable quien les da un recorrido por toda la casa y es que son llevados a un suburbio con un estilo particular y de colores pasteles que la verdad parece haber sido sacado de un cuento donde las golosinas y el algodón de azúcar es la protagonista. Al llegar a la casa indicada notan que todo es perfecto pero que no va con su estilo y sin querer ser odiosos o poco corteses con el anfitrión le siguen la corriente hasta que de un momento a otro desaparece este extraño caballero y deja a la pareja de enamorados solos y cuando digo solos es completamente solos.
Se están preguntando que paso con el hombre extraño y qué significa exactamente solos, bueno aquí comienza lo realmente interesante y es que veremos a nuestros protagonistas en una situación nada común y podría decir un poco bizarra y tengan cuidado con lo segundo ya que no lo digo de manera literal más bien es la forma de expresarte que algo muy raro estará por ocurrir y que no debes perder el enfoque o quedará en el medio de la nada y eso no te ayudará cuando desees entender lo profundo que puede ser esta película.
Los minutos pasan y la pareja no entiende qué sucede dónde está el hombre y antes de que esas respuestas lleguen prefieren subir a su auto y retirare por su cuenta, pero se topan con una situación muy extraña y es que no consiguen la salida del lugar y durante horas dan vueltas en círculo llegando al mismo lugar donde los dejó el extraño caballero. A partir de este momento las cosas se ponen súper extrañas y la tensión, ansiedad y desespero se adueñan de la joven pareja que no entiende que está pasando, pasan las horas y comienza a salir a la luz una serie de situaciones nada comunes donde una caja misteriosa es dejada frente a la casa con un bebe dentro y la vaga idea de que están completamente solos. Ya te puedes imaginar lo que está pasando por la cabeza de Tom y Gemma lo difícil que debe ser liderar con una situación tan fuera de la realidad que podría confundirse con una pesadilla donde no existe salida alguna.
Bueno cinéfilos hasta aquí creo que es suficiente ya que ir más allá no tiene sentido y la idea es que la curiosidad por verla despierte tu interés y puedas echarle un vistazo, pero si ya la vistes puede que lo siguiente sea de tu agrado y podamos en la casilla de comentarios intercambiar puntos de vista o simplemente charlar sobre ello.
MI OPINION LIBRE DE SPOILERS
Déjame decirte de antemano que desde el inicio me atrapo esta película y es que el ritmo que maneja es súper fluido y te lleva de la mano desde el primer momento donde todo se torna extraño y podría decir un poco repetitivo, pero sin abusar de ese recurso ya que tiene un propósito que es sumergir tus emociones ante una situación donde la ansiedad y desespero sean tu compañía hasta el final y es que debes ponerte en los zapatos de los protagonistas para que entiendas cada diálogo y situación que se presente.
La trama no es nada complicada y mucho menos innovadora ya que la verdad el misterio es casi descifrable, pero nada predecible y eso se debe resaltar ya que podríamos pensar que va más allá de lo sobrenatural o que alguna fuerza mayor es la que domina todo el contexto de la película y déjame decirte que no y es que se enfocan en darle otro sentido y que el espectador entendiera que lo que realmente importa dentro de la trama son los momentos donde su protagonistas pasan por etapas donde nunca se habían aventurado como pareja y eso hace que la trama sea más interesante, claro tiene un aspecto o forma que la hace entretenida y es la búsqueda de la verdad entender porque pasa lo que está pasando y lo más importante saber si lo que hacen tiene algún valor que los ayude a salir de tan inquietante situación.
HABLEMOS DE LOS PERSONAJES, la película gira alrededor de Tom y Gemma y un tercer personaje que descubrirás al momento de ver la película y que es el detonador de todo lo que ocurrirá no solo a nivel de ambiente sino también de emociones y es que de eso se trata todo no solo es fantasía o algo de misterio va mucho más allá y hago énfasis en ello ya que de corazón espero que la vean desde ese punto de vista.
Fíjate el personaje de Tom (Jesse Eisenberg) es del tipo que no anda con preocupaciones y quiere que todo esté bajo control y que nada le caiga de sorpresa y si se ve contra la pared hará hasta lo imposible por darle la vuelta a la situación o quizás luche hasta el fin sin importar si lo logra o no. Por otro lado tenemos al personaje Gemma (Imogen Poots) quien es más intuitiva y lleva todo de forma pausada ya que caer en el desespero no tiene sentido y aún más cuando apenas la cosas están saliendo a la luz y es que al unir estos dos personajes ante una situación donde las emociones son quienes dominan el campo de juego y es la fórmula perfecta para darle el ritmo acelerado a las cosas y que las dudas y preguntas salgan como si no hubiera un mañana.
La interpretación de la hermosa (Imogen Poots) es brutal y creo que ella toma el control de la película ya que conectas con ella rápidamente y aunque no va ganar un Oscar como mejor actriz sin duda es quien domina, por otro lado tenemos al amigo (Jesse Eisenberg) que como lo dije al inicio nos muestra la misma cara así como lo hace en todas sus películas, pero logra atrapar tu atención y eso es lo importante.
¿LA RECOMIENDO?, si claro que si es de esas películas que debes ver sí o sí aunque no es para hacerte volar la cabeza sino más bien para abrir tu mente ante lo que podría suceder i en un hipotético caso llegues a pasar por una situación similar y ojo con esto no hablo de lo irreal me voy más a lo real para que no confundas lo que deseo transmitir y es que debes echarle un vistazo para que me puedas entender te la recomiendo al 100% sin temor a equivocarme.
LO BUENO Y LO MALO

Desde mi punto de vista le faltó un poco más de tiempo para exprimir algunos puntos que la verdad tenían mayor importancia dentro de la trama pero no fueron aprovechados al máximo.
No me gusto la interpretación de (Jesse Eisenberg) lo sentí muy lineal y no me transmitió lo que el personaje ameritaba.
LO BUENO
Los diálogos son interesantes y tienen forma lo cual se agradece ya que no te saca de contexto y te mantiene en sintonía.
Muchas emociones en un solo lugar y muy bien distribuidas durante toda la película y eso tiene un peso importante y la hace entretenida.

I really enjoy the movies where the good friend (Jesse Eisenberg) is present and how he presents himself through curious, charismatic and sometimes a little strange and not at all social characters and well who knows this actor and has followed some of his films may agree with me when I say that he is one of those actors who usually takes his personality to the movies and it seems that he is the same character always and that to some extent is not bad as long as we can enjoy a good movie and our time invested has not been wasted.
Before I start with my little review and I don't want to make this so long and tedious but rather I want to make written reviews as direct and compact as possible where I can share my opinion and also tell you a little of the plot and that way maybe you will be encouraged to take a look at it or why not pass it by if you think my opinion is accepted or powerful enough to trust my point of view. Before I start I want to recommend a couple of movies that are sure to grab you from start to finish and they are the following: Operation Ultra from 2015 within the genre Action/Comedy of 1h 35m and my favorite and for sure the one of many 30 minutes or less from the year 2011 of the genre Comedy/Action of more or less 1h 24m of which you are going to laugh a lot, believe me you have to give it a chance.

WHAT'S THE MOVIE ABOUT?
I'LL TELL YOU QUICKLY AND WITHOUT SPOILERS, IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET!
Vivarium is a film that immerses us into the Suspense/Mystery genre where we meet a young couple consisting of Tom (Jesse Eisenberg) and Gemma (Imogen Poots) who like everyone else dream of a home of their own, but they have not yet come across the house of their dreams or at least the one that their pocket can afford, but like any couple in love they always see the positive side of everything and take a last look at a house that may be the one they are looking for or just another one in the pile.
The couple sets off and head to a secluded place where they are greeted by a man in a strange suit, but super friendly who gives them a tour of the house and they are taken to a suburb with a particular style and pastel colors that really seems to have been taken out of a story where candy and cotton candy is the protagonist. When they arrive at the house they notice that everything is perfect but that it does not go with their style and without wanting to be obnoxious or impolite with the host they follow his lead until suddenly this strange gentleman disappears and leaves the couple alone, and when I say alone I mean completely alone.
You are wondering what happened with the strange man and what exactly does it mean alone, well here begins the really interesting part and that is that we will see our protagonists in a not common situation and I could say a bit bizarre and be careful with the latter as I do not mean it literally but it is the way to express that something very strange is about to happen and that you should not lose focus or you will be in the middle of nowhere and that will not help you when you want to understand how deep this movie can be.
The minutes pass and the couple does not understand what happens where the man is and before those answers come they prefer to get into their car and retire on their own, but they run into a very strange situation and is that they do not get the exit of the place and for hours they go around in a circle arriving at the same place where the strange gentleman left them. From this moment on things get super strange and tension, anxiety and despair take over the young couple who do not understand what is happening, hours pass and begins to come to light a series of unusual situations where a mysterious box is left in front of the house with a baby inside and the vague idea that they are completely alone. You can imagine what is going through Tom and Gemma's head how difficult it must be to lead with a situation so out of reality that it could be mistaken for a nightmare where there is no way out.
Well moviegoers up to here I think that's enough since going further is pointless and the idea is that the curiosity to see it arouses your interest and you can take a look at it, but if you already saw it maybe the following will be to your liking and we can in the comments box exchange views or just chat about it.
MY SPOILER FREE OPINION
Let me tell you in advance that from the beginning I was caught by this movie and the rhythm it handles is super fluid and takes you by the hand from the first moment where everything becomes strange and could say a little repetitive, but without abusing this resource as it has a purpose that is to immerse your emotions in a situation where anxiety and despair are your company until the end and you must put yourself in the shoes of the protagonists to understand each dialogue and situation that arises.
The plot is nothing complicated and much less innovative because the truth is that the mystery is almost decipherable, but nothing predictable and that should be highlighted because we might think that goes beyond the supernatural or that some major force is dominating the whole context of the film and let me tell you that no and is that they focus on giving another meaning and that the viewer understood that what really matters within the plot are the moments where the protagonists go through stages where they had never ventured as a couple and that makes the plot more interesting, Of course it has an aspect or form that makes it entertaining and it is the search for the truth to understand why what is happening is happening and most importantly to know if what they do has some value that will help them to get out of such a disturbing situation.
LET'S TALK ABOUT THE CHARACTERS, the movie revolves around Tom and Gemma and a third character that you will discover when you see the movie and that is the trigger of everything that will happen not only at the level of environment but also of emotions and that is what it is all about, it is not only fantasy or some mystery, it goes much further and I emphasize this because I sincerely hope you see it from that point of view.
Look at the character of Tom (Jesse Eisenberg) is the type that does not walk with worries and wants everything to be under control and that nothing falls on him by surprise and if he is up against the wall he will do everything possible to turn the situation around or maybe fight to the end regardless of whether he succeeds or not. On the other hand we have the character Gemma (Imogen Poots) who is more intuitive and takes everything slowly because falling into despair does not make sense and even more when things are just coming to light and is that by joining these two characters in a situation where emotions are who dominate the playing field and is the perfect formula to give the accelerated pace to things and doubts and questions come out as if there were no tomorrow.
The interpretation of the beautiful (Imogen Poots) is brutal and I think she takes control of the film as you connect with her quickly and although she will not win an Oscar for best actress she is certainly the one who dominates, on the other hand we have the friend (Jesse Eisenberg) who as I said at the beginning shows us the same face as he does in all his films, but manages to catch your attention and that's what is important.
I RECOMMEND IT?, yes of course it is one of those movies that you must see yes or yes although it is not to blow your mind but rather to open your mind to what could happen i in a hypothetical case you get to go through a similar situation and eye with this I'm not talking about the unreal I go more to the real so you do not confuse what I want to convey and is that you should take a look so you can understand me I recommend it 100% without fear of being wrong.

From my point of view it lacked a little more time to express some points that really had more importance in the plot but were not used to the fullest.
I did not like the interpretation of (Jesse Eisenberg) I felt it was very linear and did not convey what the character deserved.

The dialogues are interesting and have form which is appreciated since it doesn't take you out of context and keeps you in tune.
Lots of emotions in one place and very well distributed throughout the movie and that carries a lot of weight and makes it entertaining.

Yes, it has a touch of madness and it may be a little bit of a cheesy when they try to immerse us in the mystery and when they finally reveal it, it's like: hey, we're really going down this road, but I was especially caught by the other approach that you have to read between the lines to not let it pass you by.

Imogen Poots es una gran actriz, creo que por este rol gano un premio en un festival, merece mayor atención, espero que continué consolidando su trayectoria.
Esta historia es otra que explora la relación de los seres humanos, en este caso una pareja, usando el elemento de ciencia ficción.
Es hasta los momentos lo mejor del director Lorcan Finnegan, solo espero qu eno se tarde tanto en hacer su próximo proyecto.
Me gustó tiene su estilo y vaya eso fue lo que me atrapó y creo que quien no la haya visto tiene que echarle un vistazo.
El mensaje principal del guión es excelente, pero la película en sí es muy larga, tediosa y no tiene tanto impacto.
Si, lo que pasa que al introducir dos direcciones causa un efecto negativo al momento del desarrollo y entiendo cuando dices que es larga y como lo dije en el post algo repetitiva, pero fijate si logras enganchar con el mensaje lo demás solo sera un pequeño obstáculo.
Claro si no lo captas de seguro te cueste digerir la primera hora.
