Hola a todos, espero hayan tenido un lindo día, pues hoy vengo con un post de un personaje que me conquistó desde la primera vez que apareció Eclipca Buttlerfly de la serie Star vs The Forces of Evil. Ojo quiero aclarar que esto tendrá un poco de spoiler de la serie, pues este personaje no sale en las primeras temporadas.
Hello everyone, I hope you had a nice day, today I come with a post about a character that conquered me since the first time Eclipca Buttlerfly appeared in the series Star vs The Forces of Evil. I want to clarify that this will have a little spoiler of the series, because this character does not appear in the first seasons.
Primero nos las presentan como una antigua reina de Mewni por un crimen que cometió fue cristalizada para toda su vida, pero como ella era muy poderosa y creo hechizos muy potentes esa situación cambio un poco con el desarrollo de la serie. Nos dicen que ella fue mala, que hizo un crimen imperdonable y que si ella volvía a la vida todo iba a ser un desastre y pues… mientras todo se desarrolla Eclipsa se libró de toda su cristalización.
First we are introduced as a former queen of Mewni for a crime she committed was crystallized for life, but as she was very powerful and created very powerful spells that situation changed a bit with the development of the series. We are told that she was bad, that she did an unforgivable crime and that if she came back to life everything would be a disaster and well... while everything develops Eclipsa got rid of all her crystallization.
¿Por qué me gusta tanto este personaje? Por como es, ya vieron cómo te la venden como te cuentan su historia, cuando resulta que todo es mentira, Eclipsa no es la mala de la historia ella quería justicia y se enamoró, quería que la aceptaran y solo lucharon contra ella para luego obligarla a callarse cristalizarla. Todo eso poco a poco sale al aire libre, resolviendo varios problemas y creando otros más.
Why do I like this character so much? Because of how she is, you saw how they sell her to you as they tell you her story, when it turns out that everything is a lie, Eclipsa is not the bad guy in the story she wanted justice and fell in love, she wanted to be accepted and they only fought against her to then force her to shut up and crystallize her. All that little by little comes out in the open, solving several problems and creating others.
¿Recuerdan la canción que mencioné de ella que me encanta? Les dejaré ese post por aquí, pues esa canción ella la escribió a su pueblo, pues nadie la aceptaba, ni a ella ni a su gran decisión, convivencia entre gente de Mewni y Mounstros, algo muy difícil pues esa guerra entre ambos era no solo típica sino hasta tenían un día donde celebraban destruir a monstros sin razón alguna o culpa.
Do you remember the song I mentioned about her that I love? I'll leave that post for here, because she wrote that song to her people, because nobody accepted her and her great decision, coexistence between Mewni and Mounstros people, something very difficult because that war between them was not only typical but they even had a day where they celebrated destroying monstros without any reason or guilt.
No la querían como reina, ni sus culturas, pero logró adaptarse a eso y a que empezaran a respetarla, pues se ganó su puesto justamente, eso hizo que su personalidad madurara mucho, pues ella cuando entra a la serie se muestra serena y muy confundida, pues obviamente llevaba muchísimos años cristalizada no sabe cuánto la vida evolucionó y para completar todas las personas que ella conocía desaparecieron o estaban cristalizado como su esposo Globgor.
They did not want her as queen, nor her cultures, but she managed to adapt to that and to begin to respect her, because she earned her position, that made her personality mature a lot, because when she enters the series she is serene and very confused, because obviously she had been crystallized for many years, she does not know how much life evolved and to complete all the people she knew disappeared or were crystallized as her husband Globgor.
Globgor es un monstro si… y uno que se enamoró de Eclipsa, PERO ESO NO ES TODO, tuvieron una hija Y TODO. Esa historia de amor es muy bonita, pero es trágica lo genial es como la cuentan en la serie. Sinceramente Star vs The Forces es una serie que me gustó bastante pero luego tenía otras cosas que no me gustaron nada, pero personajes como Toffe y Eclipsa fueron para mí las que hicieron que la terminara de ver. Ella por haber estado cristalizada debe tener más de 300 años, pero por el mismo motivo conserva su cuerpo intacto como si aparentara unos 27 años, piel blanca cabello verde oscuro y ropa igual a su acento “inglés”.
Globgor is a monster yes... and one who fell in love with Eclipsa, BUT THAT'S NOT ALL, they had a daughter AND EVERYTHING. That love story is cute, but it's tragic the great thing is how they tell it in the series. Honestly Star vs The Forces is a series that I liked quite a bit but then it had other things that I didn't like at all, but characters like Toffe and Eclipsa were for me the ones that made me finish watching it. She must be more than 300 years old for having been crystallized, but for the same reason she keeps her body intact as if she looked about 27 years old, white skin, dark green hair and clothes just like her "English" accent.
Su varita es de forma de paraguas destacando más lo anterior que dije y sus hechizos eran super fuertes y destructivos al punto de que cuando fueron agregados al libro de hechizos para enseñar a todas las portadoras de la varita pues la sección de eclipsa fue censurada. Gracias a Eclipsa muchos problemas en la serie se terminan para siempre, y de verdad que sin ella no se hubiera logrado todo de manera lógica.
Her wand is umbrella shaped highlighting more of the above than I said and her spells were super strong and destructive to the point that when they were added to the spell book to teach all the wand bearers as the eclipsa section was censored. Thanks to Eclipsa many problems in the series are over for good, and really without her everything would not have been achieved in a logical way.
Amo este personaje por cómo me hizo sentir, por todo lo que me divirtió en la serie, y por lo que aporto a la serie, un color inigualable y una historia tan interesante que hace que te identifiques con ella al instante. Ella jamás quiso el mal a nadie, todo lo contrario quería el bien a TODOS, y como ese todos incluía monstros y no lo aceptaron pues la detuvieron.
I love this character for how she made me feel, for all the fun she gave me in the series, and for what she brought to the series, an incomparable color and such an interesting story that makes you identify with her instantly. She never wanted evil to anyone, on the contrary, she wanted good for EVERYONE, and since that everyone included monsters and they didn't accept it, they stopped her.

This series has a particular charm. I loved it. That character always intrigued me. While watching it, I realized that Star's mom only rejected monsters, because that's how she was taught. Fortunately, Eclipsa arrived to give coherence to the series.
