Desde hace días vengo viendo que en las diferentes páginas de suscriptores de Netflix muchas personas han coincidido en la excelencia de la película Las Nadadoras, por lo que existen muchas recomendaciones, desde entonces inicio mi inquietud por dicha historia que lo único qué sabía acerca de ella era solo que se trata de unas jóvenes nadadoras basadas en la vida real, pero acabo de ver la película y la verdad es que la gente se ha quedado corta con las opiniones, esta historia supero mis expectativas.
For days I've been seeing that in the different pages of Netflix subscribers many people have agreed on the excellence of the film The Swimmers, so there are many recommendations, since then I started my interest in this story that the only thing I knew about it was only that it is about young swimmers based on real life, but I just saw the movie and the truth is that people have fallen short with the opinions, this story exceeded my expectations.
Las nadadoras es una película que recién se estrenó en la plataforma de Netflix, basada en la vida real y cuando digo en la vida real es porque contiene escenas dolorosas que denotan la desesperación, el dolor y la cruel realidad que viven las personas que tienen la necesidad de emigrar, además de los riesgos a los que se exponen estas valientes personas que salen de su país en busca de una mejor calidad de vida. Debo confesar que este rodaje logro colocar un nudo en mi garganta y en mi corazón llanto por las escenas tan reales que trajeron recuerdos a mi mente de las diferentes situaciones que viven mis paisanos, que salen del país diariamente dispuesto a todo con tal de llegar a un mejor lugar que ofrezca mejores condiciones de vida.
Las nadadoras is a film that recently premiered on the Netflix platform, based on real life and when I say real life is because it contains painful scenes that denote the desperation, pain and cruel reality that people who have the need to emigrate live, in addition to the risks to which these brave people who leave their country in search of a better quality of life are exposed. I must confess that this filming managed to put a lump in my throat and my heart cried because of the very real scenes that brought memories to my mind of the different situations that my countrymen live, who leave the country daily ready to do anything to get to a better place that offers better living conditions.
Sarah y Yusra Mardini son dos hermanas nadadoras nativas de Siria, ambas nadadoras, con muchos sueños por cumplir, entre ellos el principal es representar a su país en las Olimpiadas de Río de Janeiro, por lo que su padre, quien fue nadador profesional, se dedica a entrenarlas, pero lamentablemente viven la triste experiencia de la guerra en su país lo que hace que las jóvenes sientan la necesidad de salir a Europa en busca de una vida que les provea tranquilidad u al mismo tiempo puedan hacer realidad sus sueños.
Sarah and Yusra Mardini are two swimmer sisters from Syria, both swimmers, with many dreams to fulfill, among them the main one is to represent their country in the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, so their father, who was a professional swimmer, is dedicated to train them, but unfortunately they live the sad experience of war in their country which makes the young women feel the need to leave to Europe in search of a life that provides them tranquility and at the same time they can realize their dreams.
Así que logran convencer a su padre que las deje salir del país, por lo que ambas chicas junto a su primo emprenden el viaje donde viven una seria de experiencias inesperadas y dolorosas que hacen que las chicas se mantengan más unidas y determinadas en lo que desean, aunque en momentos sienten que no lograran llegar a su sitio de destino, cada situación las hace más fuertes y decididas, ellas viajan junto a su primo con un grupo de personas de su mismo país quienes tienen el mismo propósito por lo que se unen para poder enfrentar las difíciles situaciones del largo viaje, pero gracias a las habilidades adquiridas en su la natación logran superar los múltiples obstáculos presentados durante el desgarrador viaje.
So they manage to convince their father to let them leave the country, so both girls and their cousin embark on the journey where they live a series of unexpected and painful experiences that make the girls stay more united and determined in what they want, although at times they feel they will not make it to their destination, Each situation makes them stronger and more determined, they travel with their cousin with a group of people from the same country who have the same purpose so they unite to face the difficult situations of the long journey, but thanks to the skills acquired in their swimming they manage to overcome the many obstacles presented during the harrowing journey.
Las chicas, luego de pasar por grandes odiseas tanto en su tierra natal como en el viaje, al fin logran llegar a su destino en calidad de refugiadas como el resto de las personas que llegaron del viaje, así que ya instaladas se disponen a continuar en el entrenamiento, pero esta vez les tocará por cuenta propia por lo que trabajan fuertemente y enfocadas en su objetivo salen en busca de un lugar donde nadar y Yusra Mardini entra en el equipo donde viaja a Río para competir logrando posicionarse como ganadora, Sarah por su parte decidió trabajar para ayudar a todas esas personas que como ella y su hermana decidieron salir huyendo de su país y que no tuvieron ayuda alguna.
The girls, after going through great odysseys both in their homeland and on the trip, finally managed to reach their destination as refugees as the rest of the people who came from the trip, so already installed they are ready to continue training, But this time they will be on their own, so they work hard and focused on their goal, they leave in search of a place to swim and Yusra Mardini enters the team where she travels to Rio to compete, achieving a position as winner, Sarah decided to work to help all those people who like her and her sister decided to flee their country and had no help whatsoever.
La película posee un valor inmenso por ser tan real y profunda donde dos jóvenes pasan de ser supervivientes a heroínas y símbolos de una sociedad cansada de tanta guerra y dolor donde los que pagan son los más inocentes, este estremecedor relato muestra al mismo tiempo una figura deportiva que lucha por ser una gran profesional de la natación, mostrando esa parte comprometida y esforzada como parte del valor humano que representan los deportistas.
The film has an immense value for being so real and deep where two young women go from being survivors to heroines and symbols of a society tired of so much war and pain where those who pay are the most innocent, this shocking story shows at the same time a sports figure who struggles to be a great professional swimmer, showing that part committed and hard work as part of the human value that athletes represent.
Este rodaje, que para mí, ha sido uno de los mejores en el aspecto realista y atrevido por las diferentes escenas donde muestra la cruda realidad en un bombardeo, tiroteo o donde las personas son el blanco de grupos y abusivos terroristas; en fin, la dura realidad de un país en conflicto donde las personas dejan sus hogares para huir de la muerte, es realmente una historia llena de sentimientos y emociones, pero al mismo tiempo transmite un mensaje esperanzador que incita a luchar por los sueños sin temerle a los obstáculos que se puedan presentar.
This shooting, which for me, has been one of the best in the realistic and daring aspect for the different scenes where it shows the harsh reality in a bombing, shooting or where people are targeted by groups and abusive terrorists; in short, the harsh reality of a country in conflict where people leave their homes to flee from death, is really a story full of feelings and emotions, but at the same time conveys a hopeful message that encourages people to fight for their dreams without fearing the obstacles that may arise.
En fin, esta película muy aparte del tema político de una nación; busca con su mensaje inspirar y aumentar las esperanzas de que los sueños se cumplen cuando luchamos por ellos desde lo más profundo del corazón, ciertamente existen escenas impactantes, pero creo que de allí parte la idea de sensibilizar al público a través de las diferentes experiencias que muestra el rodaje, experiencias vividas por muchos actualmente y que no se han dejado vencer por el miedo y que merecen como estas chicas más que una medalla por ser personas valientes como las nadadoras.
In short, this film, apart from the political theme of a nation, seeks with its message to inspire and raise hopes that dreams are fulfilled when we fight for them from the depths of our hearts. Certainly there are shocking scenes, but I think the idea of sensitizing the public through the different experiences that the film shows, experiences lived by many today who have not been overcome by fear and who deserve more than a medal for being brave people like the swimmers, as these girls do.
This is a movie I have on my list, I like that it is based on real events, besides being a drama that focuses on a sport, watching the trailer immediately convinced me and I hope to see it soon, I have seen good opinions about it. Thanks for sharing your opinion.
