Movies are made to appreciate the art, the fun, the fear and the adrenaline of situations that will only remain in movies. However, the enjoyment can be damaged when you see scenes that leave you disgusted or traumatized because they are so cruel and unnecessary. Now, I want you to meet the worst character for me in the movie, Lee Flynn, Elle's best friend and Noah's brother, I think the actor acted so well that he earned my hate for being a selfish, irritable, super bad friend and very very stupid character. Why this movie has such a childish plot? Because it all starts with a "promise" that Elle and Lee made when they were kids, it consisted in that neither of them would date each other's siblings and other rules that seemed to me very null and void, obviously they were made by children but please friends who in their holy judgment pays attention to children's promises? I have so much to talk about this movie, but there is so much information that I will summarize it, first the filming was intended to give a critique of the hypersexualization of girls and about the reality of Muslim life. Why is it so chaotic? The sad thing about this filming is that it showed very important issues that were worked in the worst possible way. Now, I want to finish talking about the adultification. The main character is Coumba, who wants to escape from her reality through dancing but the dance is so provocative that it repulses me, the most dangerous of all this is how the scenes were shown in the film, they were explicit and promote pedophilia, an invitation to get excited with the dance of some simple girls.

The Last Airbender

It is a live action of the anime Avatar: The Legend of Aang, it was broadcasted in 2010, wow it was a long time ago when I sat down to watch the movie with my mom and brothers, anyway, I clearly remember that I was very excited to see the filming because I think I am a faithful follower of Avatar, although to my surprise when watching the scenes, I realize that my expectations did not even reach 5% Why? Well, this will be a long one. First, one of the annoyances I had since the movie started was the changing ethnicities of the characters. A clear example was Zuko, who in the anime is white since the Fire Nation was inspired by Imperial Japan, something that is contradictory in the movie since the actor was of brown complexion Did it bother me? Yes, because the idea of creating a live action is to give it as close as possible to the masterpiece and if they change physical features it is a total change that can be seen as negative. Another negative point was the special effects that the characters had, I found them to be uncoordinated, the adrenaline I expected from Aang revealing the power as it was in the first season of the anime was disappointing, in my opinion it lacked more spark and realism, as we all know, the anime corresponds to the fantasy genre, being this something very complicated to do in real life, I feel that the director aimed a questionable path, it is known that you will not expect the effects of the anime to be perfect, but still, you notice the lack of harmony and guidance of body movements are those that reign in the film.

Es un live action del anime Avatar: La leyenda de Aang, fue transmitida en el año 2010, wow si que pasó tiempo cuando me senté a mirar la película con mi mamá y hermanos, en fin, recuerdo claramente que estaba muy emocionada de ver la filmación porque me creo fiel seguidora de Avatar, aunque para mí sorpresa al observar las escena, me doy cuenta que mis expectativas no alcanzaron ni el 5% ¿Por qué? Bueno, esto será largo. Primero, una de las molestias que tuve desde que comenzó la película fue el cambio de etnias de los personajes. Un claro ejemplo fue Zuko, quien en el anime es blanco ya que la la Nación del fuego era inspirada en el Japón imperial, cosa que es contradictorio en la película ya que el actor era de tez morena ¿Me molestó? Sí, porque la idea de crear un live action es darle lo más parecido a la obra maestra y si cambian rasgos físicos es un total cambio que puede ser visto como negativo. Otro punto negativo fue los efectos especiales que tuvieron los personajes, me parecieron que estaban descoordinados, la adrenalina que esperaba de que Aang revelara el poder como fue en la primera temporada del anime fue decepcionante, a mi parecer le faltó más chispa y realismo, como todos sabemos, el anime corresponde al género de fantasía, siendo éste algo muy complicado de hacerlo en la vida real, siento que el director apuntó un trayecto cuestionable, se sabe que no vas a esperar los efectos del anime sean perfecto, pero aún así, se nota la falta de armonía y guía de movimientos corporales son los que reinan en la película.
The Kissing Booth
Okay, we all know that Netflix makes movies in the romance genre and it's almost always aimed at the teen audience. And yet, this movie was so criticized by the same young people that for me, that fills me as a person. It can't be that such a globally recognized platform considers The Kissing Booth a good idea to launch and leave in the option to watch, while removing masterpieces like Pride and Prejudice. It's unacceptable, ok, I'll talk about the reasons why I detest this filming. Number one, the script is idiotic. I want you to know that movies are always movies, it never happens in real life (Or maybe it does, since the idiocy of human beings surpasses fiction) but the script of The Kissing Booth is so shallow, so basic and childish that I don't believe people actually behave that way. Let's talk about Elle, the main character, she is a clumsy girl, very charismatic and super but super reckless, she turned into an obnoxious character, there were scenes where she screwed up, for example the one that marked me the most was when she entered the men's room full of paint and when she was changing because of course, nobody notices the bathroom signs and you can take off your shirt in a public restroom... Girlfriend, you're crazy! Even in the women's restroom I don't deliberately take off my clothes like that. Anyway, she hears laughter and whistles and realizes that she entered the men's room where she obviously did not look because she had her eyes closed trusting like a rabbit in the field, the most irritating thing is that Noah comes out, the second protagonist that I consider a very toxic character, telling her to put on her shirt in a forcing way, she to defy the request, made a parade walking as if she was the most beautiful woman on the planet in bra and shorts, the most incredulous are the reactions of the guys who seemed that they have never seen a woman and that she, feel proud of what she had done is. ... Ok, todos sabemos que Netflix hace peliculas de género romántico y casi siempre va dirigido para la audiencia adolescentes. Y aún así, ésta película fue tan criticada por los mismo jóvenes que eso para mí, me llena como persona. No puede ser que una plataforma tan reconocida a nivel mundial considere que The Kissing Booth sea una buena idea para lanzarse y dejar en la opción de de ver, mientras que quiten obras maestra como Orgullo y prejuicio. Es inaceptable, ok, hablaré de las razones por la cual detesto ésta filmación. Número uno, el guión es una idiotez. Quiero que sepan que las películas siempre son películas, nunca pasa en la vida real (O tal vez si, ya que la idiotez del ser humano sobrepasa la ficción) pero el guión de The Kissing Booth es tan superficial, tan básico e infantil que no me creo que la gente realmente se comporte de esa manera. Hablemos de Elle, la protagonista, es una chica torpe, muy carismática y súper pero super imprudente, de volvió en un personaje detestable, hubieron escenas donde ella metía la pata pero BIEN METIDA, por ejemplo la que más me marcó fue cuando entró al baño de hombre lleno de pintura y cuando se estaba cambiando porque claro, nadie se fija de los letreros del baño y uno puede llegar a quitarse la camisa de lo más tranquila en un baño público... ¡Amiga, estás loca! Ni estando en el baño de las mujeres me quito la ropa así deliberadamente. En fin, ella escucha risas y silbidos y se da cuenta que entró al baño de los hombres donde obviamente ella no miró porque tenía los ojos cerrados confiando como un conejo en el campo, lo más irritable es que sale Noah, el segundo protagonista que lo considero un personaje muy tóxico, diciéndole que se colocara la camisa de una manera forzante, ella para desafiar la petición, hizo un desfile caminando como si fuese la mujer más hermosa del planeta en sostén y shorts, lo más incrédulo son las reacciones de los chicos que pareciera que nunca han visto una mujer y que ella, se sienta orgullosa de lo que había hecho es.... Iug. Ahora, quiero que conozcan el peor personaje para mí de la película, Lee Flynn, el mejor amigo de Elle y hermano de Noah, pienso que el actor actuó tan bien que se ganó mi odio por ser un personaje egoísta, irritable, super mal amigo y muy pero muy estúpido. ¿Por qué está película tiene una trama tan infantil? Porque todo empieza con una "promesa" que hicieron Elle y Lee cuando eran niños, consistía en que ninguno de los dos iba a salir con los hermanos de cada uno y otras reglas que me parecieron muy nulas, obvio fueron hechos por niños pero por favor amigos ¿Quién en su santo jucio le hace caso a las promesas de niños? Porque yo solo me acuerdo que jugaba con los niños ladrón y policía, no de ninguna promesa que jamás se debería de romper. Entonces, como prometieron eso, ninguno debía salir con el hermano o hermana de otro, oh pero que casualidad de que Elle se enamora de Noah y tanto es el sometimiento de Lee que ella esconde su relación y cuando fue descubierta el trato fue de lo peor, como si hubiese hecho el acto más abominable del mundo ¿Dónde está el sentido común?

Tengo tanto que hablar de ésta película, pero es tanta información que lo voy a resumir, primero la filmación tenía como objetivo dar una crítica a la hipersexualizacion de las niñas y sobre la realidad de la vida musulmán. ¿Por qué es tan caótico? Porque lo irónico de criticar la hipersexualizacion de las niñas es que la directora contrató a niñas MENORES DE EDAD y las puso actuar en escena muy incitadoras, literalmente ella está promoviendo la pedofilia, un acto que no hay excusa y que si quería criticar el tema pudo hacerlo de otra manera, siento que ella hizo todo al revés al querer demostrar la vida de una niña musulman viviendo en un entorno pobre donde la adultifican con tan poca edad ¿Que es la adultificacion?"El sesgo de adultificación, en su sentido más estricto, haría referencia a cómo los adultos ven a según qué niños bajo una perspectiva más adulta, aún siendo conscientes de su edad." s o u r c e || f u e n t e Lo triste de ésta filmación es que se demostró temas muy importantes que fueron trabajados de la peor manera posible. Ahora, quiero terminar de hablar sobre la adultificacion. El personaje principal es Coumba, quien desea escapar de su realidad a través del baile pero el baile es tan provocativo que me da repulsión, lo más peligroso de todo esto es cómo se mostró las escenas en la película, fueron explícitas y promueven la pedófilos, una invitación de que se emocionen con el baile de unas simples niñas. ¿Cuál es el otro punto que quería expresar la directora? El cómo se vive en las familias de los musulmanes, no tengo mucho de que hablar por aquí pero he leído muchos artículos donde expresan el descontento de lo que vió en la cultura musulmán, ciertamente si desean conocer el punto de vista de una persona nacida y criada en ese entorno, los invito a ver MUSLIM REACTS TO CUTIES ON NETFLIX. Para finalizar ante ésta filmación es que se pudo trabajar de otra manera, elaborar una película que realmente diera un punto de vista más enfático hacia los temas de la hipersexualizacion en niñas, el manejo de las redes sociales, la adultificacion, el maltrato psicológico, posible intento de homicidio y trastornos traumáticos, son temas tan fuertes que es muy difícil trabajar en una película para todo público. Lo crudo de todo esto es lo fuerte que llegó a impactar en la pantalla, no quiero colocar imágenes porque tal vez me censuran la publicación pero uno de los actos más traumáticos para mí fue donde la tratan como una niña endemoniada y le hacen una clase de exorcismo a través de la creencia musulmán, la protagonista entra en colapso y empieza a bailar de manera pertubante donde la cámara muestra ángulos tan nefastos que solo quise mirar para otro lado. No recomiendo ver la película si estás en casa de tus padres, ni con tus hermanos pequeños o con una persona sensible al tema. No quisiera repetir la película por más intensa que sea, luego de ver eso me hizo sentir asqueada de la producción y de que las niñas sean realmente niñas en la vida real, abominable e incómodo sería dos palabras que describiría la película.
