Hola queridos amigos hoy les hablare de la reciente película de drama romántica estrenada en Netflix LA ULTIMA CARTA DE AMOR, dirigida por Agustine Frizzell, donde se presenta una doble historia de amor en la actualidad y en la década de los 60, basada en la novela del mismo nombre de Jojo Moyes, donde encontramos a una periodista Ellie Haworth (Felicity Jones) que encuentra una serie de cartas secretas de amor, y decide resolver el misterio de una aventura prohibida que descubre en la lectura de cada una de las cartas que encuentra, mientras hacia esta búsqueda también vive su propia historia de amor con el archivista Rory McCallan (Nabhaan Rizwan) del periódico donde trabaja, ambos descubren todas las cartas y la periodista va en la busqueda de ambos, y mientras todo esto sucede nos muestran la historia de amor vivida por Jennifer Stirling (Shailene Woodley) y Anthony O Hare (Callum Turner), ademas de darse cuenta que es un amor prohibido ya que Jen esta casada con un empresario rico Laurence Stirling (Joe Alwyn), pero este es un matrimonio por conveniencia unido por los padres de ambos.

En definitiva es una película súper dramática, donde cada uno de los sucesos eran para que la pareja no estuviese junta, desde un accidente de transito, donde ella pierde la memoria, y el esposo le esconde las cartas para que olvide ese amor, hasta el hecho de que Anthony nunca se enterase de lo sucedido y creer que ella no quiso estar con El, ambos envejecen y es donde a la final por fin se encuentran y pueden estar juntos, ella con un hijo de su ex esposo, pero juntos al final, el amor gano, es muy lindo porque nos demuestra que nunca es tarde para el amor.

Aunque les soy sincera si leyeron el libro antes de ver la película no les va a convencer del todo, por lo menos a mi me paso porque como suceden nunca son iguales las películas a los libros, en esta oportunidad en el libro encontramos la maldad de Laurence que no se noto tanto en el film, nos encontramos con las fallas de Jen porque decidió seguir con su esposo para que este le diera una manutención, claro en aquella época era lo mas normal, las mujeres no trabajaban como en la actualidad que las mujeres somos mas decididas y trabajamos sin necesidad de una persona que nos mantenga. En definitiva al film le falto mucho para ser muy parecido al libro no contaron muchas escenas importantes pero eso no quiere decir que sea una mala película, es buena y hermosa, ademas de que los actores fueron ideales para la misma, por su parte la historia de amor de la periodista es bonita, logra ser sincera y estar juntos a pesar de sus miedos y de sus antiguas fallas en el amor. Realmente es una historia que se disfruta sino has leído el libro, donde su ambientación, y fotografía esta muy cuidadas, los trajes de la época de Jen son fantásticos, a mi me encantaron todos, se puede decir que si eres de los que te encantan las historias de amor y disfrutar sus film este es uno de los que de seguro te encantara, y si eres de los que te gusta llorar en las películas de amor, esta sin duda te hará llorar.

Porque SIEMPRE EL AMOR todo lo vence.

In short, the film lacked much to be very similar to the book, they did not tell many important scenes but that does not mean it is a bad movie, it is good and beautiful, besides the actors were ideal for it, for its part the love story of the journalist is beautiful, it manages to be sincere and to be together despite their fears and their former failures in love. It really is a story that you can enjoy if you have not read the book, where the setting, and photography is very careful, the costumes of Jen's time are fantastic, I loved them all, it can be said that if you are one of those who love love love stories and enjoy their film this is one of those that you will surely love, and if you are one of those who like to cry in love movies, this will certainly make you cry.

Las historias de romance ambientadas en épocas pasadas me llaman mucho la atención y esta con Felicity Jones de protagonista es un plus para mi. La voy a buscar en Netflix.
