¿Por qué no hemos visto esta película?
Esta fue la pregunta que nos hicimos mi esposo y yo cuando después de pasar un rato conversando sobre algunas películas terminamos mencionando a la actriz Jennifer Lawrence y nos surgió la duda ¿Ha ganado Jennifer Lawrence algún Óscar? Y la respuesta fue sí.
Nos sorprendió mucho ver que había ganado un Óscar a la mejor actriz del año en una película que era primera vez que veíamos su nombre "Los Juegos del Destino" o "El Lado Bueno de las Cosas" y ahora entenderán por qué nos preguntamos por qué no habíamos visto esta película.
Jennifer Lawrence es una actriz que conocemos de películas como "Los juegos del hambre" o "Pasajeros" y hemos visto algunas entrevistas que le han hecho a esta actriz. Pero saber de una película donde haya ganado el premio a la mejor actriz daba mucho que prometer.
MI SINOPSIS:
Después de un suceso impactante, Pat, un hombre con trastornos de bipolaridad, termina en prisión y en un hospital psiquiátrico. Al salir desea fervientemente recuperar su matrimonio, pero en el camino conoce a Tiffany, quien será su cómplice y mediadora entre él y su esposa a cambio de un favor importante. En medio de apuestas y locuras comenzarán a ver el lado bueno de las cosas.
Esta película se volvió más interesante para mí cuando vi en su reparto a Bradley Cooper, Jacki Weaver, pero en especial a Robert De Niro, quien a mi parecer es muy buen actor y ha salido en películas serias. Y por supuesto a Jennifer Lawrence como actriz principal junto a Bradley Cooper.
Esta película tuvo un efecto en mí un poco confusa, revolviendo sentimientos y pensamientos. Y aunque su temática pudiera considerarse Drama-Romance, no es ese tipo de romance común o convencional, a mí parecer es un asunto más profundo, o por lo menos yo lo vi así.
Pero en realidad es porque he visto muchas películas de romance donde están mezcladas con comedia o son historias básicas como que uno de los dos está enfermo y puede que al final muera, pero en este caso, la condición de los protagonistas me permitió sentir una conexión más fuerte con su estado, sus emociones y pensamientos aunque no los entendiera del todo.
Y esto de los trastornos emocionales me dejó sin una opinión concreta. En especial me llegó porque hace algún tiempo tuve que lidiar con un familiar muy cercano con un tipo de trastorno emocional y esto me dejó muy consternada. Y cuando digo lidiar es una lucha interna y externa sobre qué hacer, cómo ayudar a esa persona o cómo sobrellevar la situación.
Quisiera realmente estar en los pensamientos de esas personas, poder ser empática y con la certeza de que puedo comprender lo que sienten, pero eso es casi que imposible, puede que sepa posibles acontecimientos que puedan presentarse, pero en su mayoría todo puede ser impredecible.
Algunas personas al ver que una persona que padece algún trastorno puede que termine alejándose por miedo u otros malintencionados se aprovechen de la situación. Lo cierto es que a los familiares les toca tener mucha paciencia.
Y algo que me gustó de la película es que se pueden reflejar algunos de esos detalles, lo duro que puede ser para los padres entender ciertas actitudes, la posición que pudieran tener los hermanos que sin querer terminan creyendo que la persona actúa así porque quiere y ya, y cómo algunas mamás terminan justificando o encubriendo algunas realidades por su amor de madre.
Algo que he aprendido es que las personas que padecen alguna condición como esta, la mayor fuente de ayuda que pueden tener son ellos mismos, empezando por aceptarse y perdonarse a sí mismo para poder recibir de forma favorable la ayuda de los demás.
La película me dejó muchos pensamientos sobre este tema, en especial porque como les mencioné, tuve que pasar por una situación difícil de entender y difícil de ayudar, sin embargo, estoy segura de que di lo mejor de mí con la guía del especialista y esperar con paciencia una mejora, que si la hubo.
Con esta película pudiera decir que cabe el dicho "cada loco con su loca" jeje, pero es que en realidad siempre habrá una persona que pueda sacar lo mejor de nosotros, aceptando nuestros defectos y potenciando nuestras virtudes, sin juzgarnos.
Hoy es él, mañana puedo ser yo, ya que algunos trastornos vienen de los duros golpes que te da la vida y ninguno estamos exento de esto.
Con esto queda obvio que la película me gustó mucho, es el tipo de películas a las que yo le diría que es sería pero bonita. Su trama te mantiene atento a todo los sucesos sin llegar a aburrirte.
Con respecto a la actuación de Jennifer Lawrence me gustó, a mi parecer, hacer el personaje de alguien que padece una condición emocional o metal no debe ser tan fácil al punto que no caiga en la exageración, sino que transmita lo más cercano a la realidad y que cause ese efecto en los televidentes como el que causó en mí.
La participación de Jennifer Lawrence me gustó, aunque también concuerdo lo que dice mi esposo que para saber si alguien es muy buen actor debemos verlo en su idioma original y no con doblaje del idioma. Pero los gestos también dejan mucho que decir.

Me alegra haber visto esta película, porque pasamos un buen rato y siento que es el tipo de películas que me gustaría ver más seguido. De pronto ya tú la viste porque es una película que se estrenó en el 2012, así que me gustaría saber tu opinión sobre ella. Y si no la has visto, puede que me comentes si te animaste a verla. Quizás entre tantas incidentes malos se pueda ver "el lado bueno de las cosas".

Why haven't we seen this film?
This was the question my husband and I asked ourselves when after spending some time talking about some movies we ended up mentioning the actress Jennifer Lawrence and the question arose: Has Jennifer Lawrence ever won an Oscar? And the answer was yes.
We were very surprised to see that she had won an Oscar for best actress of the year in a movie that was the first time we had seen her name "The Games of Destiny" or "The Bright Side of Things" and now you will understand why we wondered why we had not seen this movie.
Jennifer Lawrence is an actress we know from movies like "The Hunger Games" or "Passengers" and we have seen some interviews that have been made to this actress. But to know of a movie where she has won the award for best actress gave a lot to promise.
MY SYNOPSIS:
After a shocking event, Pat, a man with bipolar disorder, ends up in prison and in a psychiatric hospital. When he gets out, he fervently wishes to recover his marriage, but on the way he meets Tiffany, who will be his accomplice and mediator between him and his wife in exchange for an important favor. In the midst of gambling and madness, they will begin to see the bright side of things.
This movie became more interesting to me when I saw in its cast Bradley Cooper, Jacki Weaver, but especially Robert De Niro, who in my opinion is a very good actor and has been in serious movies. And of course Jennifer Lawrence as the lead actress alongside Bradley Cooper.
This movie had an effect on me a bit confusing, stirring feelings and thoughts. And although its subject matter could be considered Drama-Romance, it's not that common or conventional type of romance, to me it seems to be a deeper affair, or at least I saw it that way.
But actually it's because I've seen many romance movies where they are mixed with comedy or are basic stories like one of the two is sick and may die in the end, but in this case, the condition of the main characters allowed me to feel a stronger connection with their condition, their emotions and thoughts even if I didn't fully understand them.
And this thing about emotional disorders left me without a concrete opinion. It especially came to me because some time ago I had to deal with a very close family member with a type of emotional disorder and this left me very dismayed. And when I say dealing it is an internal and external struggle about what to do, how to help that person or how to cope with the situation.
I would really like to be in the thoughts of those people, to be able to be empathetic and with the certainty that I can understand what they feel, but that is almost impossible, I may know possible events that may occur, but for the most part everything can be unpredictable.
Some people seeing that a person suffering from a disorder may end up moving away out of fear or other malicious people may take advantage of the situation. The truth is that family members have to be very patient.
And something I liked about the film is that some of those details can be reflected, how hard it can be for parents to understand certain attitudes, the position that siblings may have who unwittingly end up believing that the person acts that way because they want to, and how some moms end up justifying or covering up some realities because of their mother's love.
One thing I have learned is that people who suffer from a condition like this, the greatest source of help they can have is themselves, starting with accepting and forgiving themselves in order to be able to receive help from others in a favorable way.
The movie left me with many thoughts on this subject, especially because as I mentioned, I had to go through a difficult situation to understand and difficult to help, however, I am sure that I did my best with the guidance of the specialist and wait patiently for an improvement, which there was.
With this movie I could say that the saying "every crazy person has a crazy person" hehe, but in reality there will always be a person who can get the best out of us, accepting our flaws and enhancing our virtues, without judging us.
Today it's him, tomorrow it can be me, since some disorders come from the hard blows that life gives you and none of us are exempt from this.
With this it is obvious that I liked the movie a lot, it is the kind of movie that I would say it is serious but beautiful. Its plot keeps you attentive to all the events without getting bored.
Regarding Jennifer Lawrence's performance I liked it, in my opinion, playing the character of someone who suffers from an emotional or metal condition should not be so easy to the point of not falling into exaggeration, but to transmit as close to reality and cause that effect on viewers as it caused in me.
I liked Jennifer Lawrence's participation, although I also agree with what my husband says that to know if someone is a very good actor we must see him in his original language and not with language dubbing. But the gestures also leave a lot to be said.

I'm glad I saw this movie, because we had a good time and I feel it's the kind of movie I'd like to see more often. Maybe you've already seen it because it's a movie that was released in 2012, so I'd like to know your opinion about it. No sé por qué no me he visto está película, justo como a ti te pasó, me pasa que a veces no le doy tanta oportunidad a las películas de Hollywood. Como lo escribes suena muy bien, lo tendré en mi lista. Jennifer Lawrence tiene películas de muy buen nivel.

Oh I remember when I saw this movie, I liked it a lot. Jennifer Lawrence won awards with this movie, although she had already been nominated years before, with one of her first movies and that was the one that made her known: winter's bone was the name of the movie that made her known and after that she became a Hollywood star.
Jennifer Lawrence seems to me to be a very good actress, I think I saw her for the first time when The Hunger Games came out, but now she is a very well known actress. I liked this movie a lot.
Recuerdo cuando vi este film en el cine; me pareció excelente porque tiene una gran historia de como personas debe avanzar por completo, no para complacer a otros sino por que ellos merecen ser felices.
Siempre que veo esta película disfruto el monologo que dice "Pat" al final, el cual habla que el mundo será un lugar difícil y que puede romperte el corazón, pero gracias a todos las personas que lo ayudaron, el domingo es su día favorito; sin ninguna duda que es la mejores palabras para terminar esa historia.
