The Heist of the Century Review - Based on a True Story

welcome,
Our appointment today is with a review of a new and wonderful movie and a different movie as usual, as we have come back to you in our previous reviews, full of mysterious and exciting films.
Quiet films are also our goal as you get to think and live with the movie.

You know what are the best films I love, the movie that makes you think yes, not the films that give you the information ready without the slightest effort.

When you watch the kind of movies I mentioned earlier, you are doing two things at the same time, watching a movie, while training your mind to think, solve puzzles, and also think.

About a week ago we reviewed The Vault movie about an attempted theft, and you can watch the review from here:
The Vault Review - No Job Is Impossible (On CineTv)

Our film today has the same idea, but it is based on a real story, which is ....

The story

The story of the film tells about an Argentine plastic artist named Fernando Rojo, where this artist begins to change his path, but in a very big way.
Where he decides to rob a bank in a strange move that he took after he became bored.

Fernando decides to collect his equipment and plans to rob the bank, and we will see what happens next and where this strange decision will lead him.

Impression

For a movie with a true story, the movie is wonderful and very exciting, as you will watch the movie as if you were reading a news story on a news channel or watching an accident happen in front of you.

The film is based on a true story, and this is what made it the object of attention of many, despite some defects, which we will mention below.

The movie in terms of excitement and intensity of nerves is absolutely wonderful and we discover this from the name, which is the century.

As for the details, the film gave us some details, but not a big deal, as all the focus was on the character of Fernando Rojo and his planning of the theft.

In the end, so as not to be burned, you will watch this movie for a major reason. I know it very well, which is its motive for theft, since we have a true story here.

Defects

The film has negatives. Yes, it has some negatives that we must mention despite what we have mentioned in terms of artistic excitement, but the film lacks a fast pace, which may make you bored in many cases.

The technical performance of some of the characters was much lower than expected, although Fernando covered that with his strong performance, but for someone reviewing, he should focus on all the details.

Directing and photography

As for the directing, it was able to give you a great moral boost in the beginning that made you focus with all the details and scenes.

As for the filming, the film was visually very good, and the colors were able to convey to us the South American atmosphere in the character of Fernando.

The filming team also had a more than wonderful role in showing the hidden gems of the film, which in the end makes me give it a rating of 8/10.
