Today is Saturday and I woke up remembering my favorite cartoons from my childhood, so I wanted to share it with you.
As a child I logically watched many comics but as expected I had my favorites and so much so that I still remember them with nostalgia and if I found them I would not hesitate to watch them again, so without further ado here we go....
Rocket Power
This cartoon was about some friends addicted to extreme sports, it was fun, I loved it, because although I've never been good at sports, I always wanted to learn how to ride a skateboard, the most I got was skateboarding 😂 and although I didn't know how to do tricks, I did get a couple of fractures doing the odd jump 😂; anyway we are talking about the comic not about me, and it was full of adventures and fun, I never got bored.
Hey Arnold! / ¡Oye, Arnold!
Arnold or ball head, as Helga (who was secretly in love with him) called him, was a boy who always saw the best in people and sought to help others, seeing life in a very particular way and with a lot of leadership, he loved to play baseball with his friends, he lived with his grandparents and his chapters were full of adventures.
El Laboratorio de Dexter / Dexter's Laboratory
Dexter was a boy genius, who had a secret lab full of cool inventions, he had a super annoying sister Dee Dee, he was always looking for a way to keep her away from his inventions and his lab but all his techniques failed because she always found a way to get in and bother him a little.
Rugrats / Aventuras en pañales
This animated series was about a group of babies, with a great imagination and made every day a great adventure, they had an older cousin, Angelica, who could talk to them and understand them and was like the evil cousin, but deep down she loved them very much and always took care of them.
La vida moderna de Rocko / Rocko's Modern Life
From this animated series I remember the music of its intro, it was catchy, it was about Rocko's day to day life and how he coped with his challenges, his problems while dealing with his neighbor Ed (Big Head).
Las chicas superpoderosas / The Powerpuff Girls
Accidentally created in a laboratory, I still remember the ingredients that created the super powerful girls; sugar, flowers and lots of colors, were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect little girl, but the professor accidentally added another ingredient to the formula, substance X and thus Bombón, Burbuja and Bellota were born. Three girls who fight crime and are very tender, achieving the perfect combination with their different personalities.
CatDog
Los padrinos mágicos / Fairly Odd Parents
Timmy Turner is a little boy whose evil nanny makes his life miserable, which results in him being given magical godparents, it's great isn't it? who wouldn't want magical godparents? today at 31 years of age I still wish I had magical godparents!
Impossible to leave out these classic cartoons, I remember that every time I woke up in the early morning because of a nightmare, I would turn on the TV and look for one of these cartoons to calm me down...
Los Picapiedras / The Flintstones
Adventures in the stone age, I had a lot of fun watching Pedro, Vilma, Pablo and Betty, eating their giant food, surrounded by dinosaurs and a lot of humor.
Los Supersónicos / The Jetsons
Thanks to this family, I and I think many others, imagined that the future would be something like this, with flying cars, robots everywhere and everything virtual, although thinking about it, the pandemic brought us a little closer to this, with consultations, classes, concerts and other virtual activities.
And what cartoons did you use to watch as a child?
Thank you once again for reading me! 👋

Mmmm...
Good
Me encantó. Saludos.
