Esta es una de las premisas que maneja la más reciente creación de Guillermo Del Toro, una película que en un primer momento pensé que me iba parecer parte del montón, pero que sin duda como a muchos la originalidad que muestra este film basto para catapultarse como la mejor película del año 2017, aunque si bien no es mi favorita, sin duda se le reconoce el grandísimo trabajo que hay detrás de su historia.
Guillermo Del Toro, uno de los cineasta mas importante de nuestro tiempo, y sin duda de los que mas creatividad y excentricidad tiene en sus historias, en esta ocasión nos cautiva con La Forma Del Agua guionizada por el mismo, en conjunto a Vanessa Taylor , con la participación de actores como; Sally Hawkins, Michael Shannon, Richard Jenkins, Doug Jones, Michael Stuhlbarg y Octavia Spencer. Esta película narra la vida de Elisa Esposito “Sally Hawkins” una limpiadora de un laboratorio gubernamental localizado en una Baltimore de los años 60, Elisa se caracteriza por ser sorda muda, dentro de este recinto alberga un secreto de estado, el cual es una especie de reptil-humanoide que tienen encerrada para estudios del gobierno, un día por azar del destino Elisa conoce a esta criatura y conforme pasa el tiempo ambos se empiezan a enamorar, provocando así un amor imposible digno de película.

Las Fantasías son un genero importante para la filmografía de Guillermo Del Toro, y esta película maneja un estilo único dentro de sus historias, el principal tema entorno a la trama es el amor, como se puede expresar en cualquier forma de vida, funcionando muy bien en nuestra época actual que suele existir ciertos rechazos a ciertos grupos sociales, esta película maneja esto de forma muy original y ese es el punto fuerte que le hallo a esta gran historia.
The Fantasies are an important genre for Guillermo Del Toro's filmography, and this film handles a unique style within its stories, the main theme around the plot is love, as it can be expressed in any form of life, working very well in our current time that there is often certain rejection of certain social groups, this film handles this in a very original way and that is the strength I find in this great story.

Ojo existen muchos otros elementos que hacen hermosa esta película, los actores protagonista literalmente no expresan ninguna palabra por su boca, esto no le quita merito si no que mas bien le suma, el hecho de que con tus gestos logres captar a la audiencia y hacerlas parte de la historia de los personajes es fascinantes, esto hace que el trabajo para mi de Sally Hawkins y Doug Jones sea de diez a toda regla, no solo el de ellos, los secundarios tuvieron a la par de las actuación en general para este film todo estuvieron a la altura de esta gran producción.
There are many other elements that make this film beautiful, the main actors literally do not express any word through their mouths, this does not detract from the merit but rather adds to it, the fact that with your gestures you manage to capture the audience and make them part of the story of the characters is fascinating, this makes the work for me of Sally Hawkins and Doug Jones a full-blown ten, not only theirs, the secondary actors had on par with the general performance for this film everything was up to this great production.
Creo que en nuestra época en donde todo esta creado por computadora, se agradece mucho el echo de que, directores como Guillermo siguen abalando a los trabajos que se realizan a mano, por artista que son capaces de crear autenticas criaturas digna de tus peores pesadillas, aunque el anfibio-humanoide que sale en el film es bastante amigable, su caracterización y su presencia en pantalla es increíble , también gracias a la labor de Doug Jones que por palabras del propio Guillermo es el único actor en Hollywood capaz de hacer lo que hace, y estas palabras las comparto sin duda alguna.
I believe that in our time where everything is created by computer, it is very grateful for the fact that directors like Guillermo continue to push the works that are done by hand, by artists who are capable of creating authentic creatures worthy of your worst nightmares, Although the amphibian-humanoid that appears in the film is quite friendly, its characterization and its presence on the screen is incredible, also thanks to the work of Doug Jones who in the words of William himself is the only actor in Hollywood capable of doing what he does, and these words I share without a doubt.
Para concluir con esta review de La Forma Del Agua, si bien no es un film tan original como se planteo hace un momento, si el sello Del Toro hace una diferencia significativa a la hora de contar estas historias, el drama que maneja, los escenarios todo sin duda da una magia única a esta película convirtiéndola en la mejor para los Oscar ese año, y enseñándonos que para el amor no existe color, raza, distinción social He incluso especie 😅, Espero que les haya gustado es Portu Films y la calificación para esta gran historia es de……..
To conclude with this review of The Water Form, although it is not as original a film as it was proposed a moment ago, if the Del Toro label makes a significant difference when telling these stories, the drama that it handles, the settings all undoubtedly give a unique magic to this film making it the best for the Oscars that year, and teaching us that for love there is no color, race, social distinction or even species 😅, I hope you liked Portu Films and the qualification for this great story is ........
