Dear friends

Today I present this new edition of the Lyric Poetry Contest, which has been presented consecutively every fortnight.

Over the past two weeks, the Hive family has welcomed several good news, which are enabling the Hive phenomenon to far outweigh the initial difficulties when conceived from a Steem Hardfork. Thus we see that the Hive and Hbd cryptocurrencies are already listed on recognized exchange platforms, which has caused the price to literally go towards values close to the moon.

This makes it now more attractive for people to subscribe to a renewed and growing platform with which they will be more advantageously rewarded for their creative work.

Another important news is that our token exchange site, HIVE Engine, is already operational, from which we will be hearing many advances in the coming days.

Returning to the topic that has brought us together now, the 36th edition of the Lyric Poetry Contest has had 9 participants who have delighted us with their prose on a subject as significant as "Hope (esperanza)". We have had the outstanding support of the # Team-CCC, the @emeeseese team, the #TalentClub team as well the support of @steembasicincome.

37th Edition - Prompt: Yearning (Anhelo)

Many of us are in an age of life in which we remember with appreciation many moments of the past that have passed through our lives touching us in a special way and that in many cases has led us to establish new paths.

It is the case that perhaps we remember a loved one who passed away or a love disappointment that we have gone through, having to change places of residence. Not being able to eat those sweet cakes that our mother prepared for us when we were little and so we can continue expanding the list and our imagination does not stop bringing those memories.

Thus in this edition of lyrical poetry the theme chosen is that of the feelings of yearning which also have their preferred place on the stage of lyrical poetry.

In this edition of lyrical poetry it is a propitious time to remember old times and place our yearnings in a promising future.

I invite my friends to express their feelings taking advantage of the free format of lyric poetry, knowing that the best is yet to happen.

I have to emphasize that from now on we can use the #ccc tag to promote the literary creations that we present for the contest, an exception has been made by them since their rules establish that the length of the contributions must have an extension of + 200 words or failing three original photographs. Is it a phrase from the bible? 🤔
According to my kid good for a poem but I am out of thoughts... who knows..?💕

What happens is that in Spanish that word can be expressed in various ways such as "anhelo, deseo, ansia, añoranza", in English it would be "longing", surely we can also find it in the Bible but don't take the word of it. Thank you very much for the comment, @wakeupkitty.pal LOL

I think the Spanish language sounds more poetic anyway but it can be because a language like ours sounds different. Thanks for explaining. A happy day to you. 💕
