Hello there! I have here my favorite spices in stored for any occasion so that I can manage my own cooking without so much fuzz.
As you can see on the above photo, most of those can be used for different menus such as Adobo, Afritada, Menudo, Mechado, Steaks, etc.
I love the smell of rosemary in my recipes added with Laurier and black pepper, specifically on the above-mentioned recipes. Add-ons of Laurier, black pepper and cinnamon will make a delicious and appetizing meal for the whole family especially on special occasions.

I prepare the following spices when I cook my favorite Chicken curry, re:
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Onion, bulb
- Spring Onion
- Bell Pepper
- Black pepper
- Curry powder/ Turmeric
- Hot Chili
I add pure coconut milk to complete the process.

Yeah, I had those ingredients before like the star anise which was given by my Indian friend. Sad to say I haven't taken any souvenir photos of those. Lol!
Ah, "Adobo, Afritada, Menudo, Mechado", are these Philippines dishes? Curry is one of my favourites and I use almost the same ingredients too except for the bell peppers. I have not heard of Laurier though. Something to look for in my grocery shopping next week :)
Yes, they're similar to steaks with gravy plus potato cubes. You can Google it. They're so yummy!

Masarap amoy pa lang pero meron iba ayaw. Nasanay nlng ako sa yellow foods namin sa lanao kasi
