The Hive Engagement League
This league is not based around financial rewards and relates to engagement on the Hive blockchain.
Everyone currently on my master list has a chance here, including those powering down or dealing in delegations over the past couple of weeks. Only the top 100 scores are shown.
The score is made up from a simple formula which uses the following types of engagement:
- Posts (P)
- Comments (C)
- Number of people spoken to (PS)
- Comments outside of own posts (CO)
- Unique Author posts (UA)
- Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 (CR)
- Comments - length in characters (CL)
- Up-votes to others (V)
- Up-votes to different authors (UV)
- Self-votes - No minus score but no bonus HIVE (SV)
Note: Copy/Paste comments will be excluded!

I didn't know there is a Hive initiative that rewards most engaged Hive users.
Anyway, I thought that you would put the HBD you won on your Hive Savings. Maybe what you meant was that you would only put on Savings the HBD you get from post/comment author rewards.

Denise asked me in the transfer to power up, and that is what I did after buying Hive on the current price. And yes. I put into the savings most of the rewards I receive from posts/comments.

I am still in the top 10 (I am the nineth this week), but I was not that active in the comments recently. I have spent more time with real life things, including watching videos about RVs (recreational vehicles). This is my current plan. To buy and live in an RV. No rent, no regular monthly bills. Proper life.

I really hope that I will be able to earn/collect/save enough money on the Hive blockchain. I need to earn $2074 USD to have $3000 USD (I already have $926 HBD in savings). Seeing the numbers, this does not sound unrealistic at all.
Nowadays the cheapest RV is around $3000 USD in my country (in Hungary).
The best would be to have it before the next winter, so I would not have to struggle/suffer financially.
Either way, I am very grateful for every help and support. Thank you so much to everyone.

For the heater, I am thinking about something usable with 12V with a battery and a solar panel with a charging controller. Of course these also costs money, but only once, not monthly (the battery may need a replacement after a few years, depending on its technology and durability). Either way, I have a clear vision of my plan, including the planned expenses. This should work. Hopefully I will reach my goal with the Hive blockchain as soon as possible.
I think it is great if you can get electricity and water (and food, if possible) without the need to purchase from shops. That will not only save you money but will also make you less dependent on others.

There is another option to gain 3,000 HBD. Having 926.460 HBD (as of original time of writing) in your Hive savings at 12% yearly interest compounded monthly, Y
you just need to wait 12.09442 years to get 3,000 HBD without the need to put any more HBD in your Hive savings. Anyway, this is just a joke.

I was hoping I would not do a repeat of last year and not make the list. I came close, down at 91st place, but I managed to slink in there. A few health issues, (common cold, nothing drastic), and another jump in to the Python learning pool. So hopefully I can learn, have fun, and still be engaged on a regular basis.
