Why, you would ask right now. Well, because of this latest report of businessinsider where the CEO of Binance, the largest crypto exchange by trading volume in the world, is leaning his head down in front of regulators, those being the most crooked institutions in the world...

You've got it all twisted my friend, CZ. Crypto has not been created for any type of regulation, it wasn't designed to serve oligarchies and totalitarian powers, Bitcoin is not meant to bent heads so the regulators can decide anything upon it. We're not that type of breed...
Where are the cyberphunks and anarchist like the dollarvigilante and McAfee? Are all dead now?... What Binance is doing is a sign of weakness. Instead of searching for ways to mass adopt crypto and circumvent this damn system we currently live in, it's giving in to regulators, just for the sake of recognition and to stay in the business.

Bye bye privacy and financial freedom... The biggest crypto exchange by trading volume is giving in on regulators and it's becoming more and more transparent to them, just for the sake of staying in the business. I knew that was going to happen, otherwise they(the establishment) wouldn't work so hard on their damn CBDCs.
Nobody is going to ban crypto, they just want to control it and have traces over every transaction, same as with fiat... It was so obvious. Binance is helping them make that happen. So sad to see such news and so disappointed about the path crypto might take. Hope I'm wrong, but we're having so many "weak hands" around here.

All of these exchange owners are a lot of hot air. But when they start getting slapped by government and regulations they quickly back down. The only way to really get back at government is going to really have a detralized system where no one person or entity can be gone after much like Bitcoin.
If there's a single person who they know who to target they will because of the risks it runs to them losing control. It's why bitcoin will most likely remain the dominate as there's no one to really go after (unless they go after everyone which wont end well)

Binance exchange has to deal with fiat, so I guess that's why he's overly bothered by regulators. The solution would be to decentralise the exchange, but then, that will invariably lead to cutting off their onboarding of people through fiat.

The funny thing is that he thinks the regulations will stop there, give them an inch they will take a mile, they will keep coming and imposing. Except CZ is only placing Binance to be a tool for the regulators, he should be focusing on decentralizing the exchange if truly he’s a proponent of Bitcoin.

Where he gets it wrong is thinking regulations are here to help crypto, quite the contrary, regulations are being put in place to stifle the growth of crypto, the more Binance gets compliant, the more regulators impose more regulations because majority of crypto disrupts the legacy system, the regulators obviously don’t want that happening, hence more regulations and intrusions. These people will run Binance out of business if CZ keeps bending over, I hope he gets it before then.

The beauty of this is that this is really too late. BSC is where a lot of trades happen and that is "off the radar".
