Hive has proven to be the best ecosystem in the world, since I have joined hive I have been reading testimonies about how hive has been saving people from financial problems.

Some communities do not have banking halls. They travel to the nearest community to collect cash.
Some communities make use of POS ( Point Of Sale) vendors to collect their cash, instead of going to the baking hall. But you have to pay charges for every transaction.
Taxi drivers, commercial buses and motorcyclists depend on cash for their services.
In construction firms, casual workers collect their money in cash daily.
The majority of those who engage in labour activities lack account numbers. They are accustomed to getting paid when their task is complete.
I work for a construction company, and as the site engineer, I used cash to pay temporary employees. Few people have account numbers, but the majority do not. All of our temporary employees left as the financial shortage worsened.
The POS vendors are charging a ridiculous fee for transaction services, therefore everyone was affected. The banking hall was always full to the brim.
Therefore we couldn't have any Labourers on site to work.
I was so affected because I didn't have any site bonuses and allowances. Whenever there are no activities on site, my employer won't pay any allowance.
As a result of this, only the salary was transferred to the employer's account.
But the salary it's not enough for a family man, so I have other offline businesses that support my family.
But the cashless policy also affects my other business, so I was down financially. I was able to withdraw some of my savings from my local banks, but the withdrawal limit was so little that it wasn't enough for me daily.
