Part 4/6:
An intriguing aspect of the WTC 7 collapse is the seismic data recorded at the time. Some experts, such as researchers involved in analyzing seismic readings, have pointed out that the building's fall generated seismic waves, which were detected on various geological scales. Although it registered a modest 0.6 on the Richter scale, equivalent to the vibration caused by a jackhammer, the event sparked discussions about the characteristics of seismic activity associated with building demolitions. Generally, such demolitions produce specific waves—P-waves and S-waves—but in the case of WTC 7, only surface waves were recorded, raising questions about the nature of the collapse itself.
