During their visit to Ground Zero, Wood and Hutchison encountered intriguing signs of ongoing activity in the area. While they were there, they noted that a considerable amount of material seemed to be constantly transported to and from the site, particularly something they referred to as "lush topsoil." This observation raised eyebrows, as it seemed out of place given the nature of construction in such a highly scrutinized space.
