During the latter part of the project, an attempt was made to establish communication with extraterrestrial crafts. Despite their efforts, visibility was hindered by overcast skies during a scheduled sighting event. Although the team did not achieve visual confirmation, there were recordings that indicated the presence of UFOs. With the press picking up the story, interest escalated, leading to an overwhelming influx of media attention that ultimately forced the program into a more clandestine phase.
