Among her symptoms, Diana experiences a profound fatigue and has been diagnosed with ME/CFS, which presents a unique symptom known as postexertional malaise—the debilitating aftermath following any physical activity, no matter how minimal. As Diana puts it, "If you try to do something, if you exert yourself, you get really sick," which adds a layer of difficulty in managing her condition.
