Bright Line West 2025 Update: Bringing Faster Travel to Southern California and Las Vegas
In a significant development for high-speed rail in the United States, Bright Line West has publicly announced that heavy construction for its much-anticipated rail line is set to begin in 2025. This 218-mile project will connect Southern California directly to Las Vegas and promises to revolutionize travel between these two major regions.
Exploring the Route
To provide an insightful look into the anticipated rail line, I undertook a 436-mile journey from Rancho Cucamonga, California, to Las Vegas, Nevada, capturing footage along the way using a GoPro and an aerial drone. Additionally, I created digital renders utilizing Unreal Engine 5 to visualize what the completed project might look like.
