Some pro-Israel Democrats, however, are pushing for a different approach. They support legislative efforts to impose sanctions on the International Criminal Court (ICC), which recently charged Israeli leaders with war crimes and issued international arrest warrants. These Democrats fear that without pushing back, the ICC could target U.S. leaders or allies, setting a dangerous precedent.
