Part 3/11:

According to a report by the European Commission's Joint Research Center, global lithium demand is projected to surge from roughly 700,000 tons today to about 4 million tons by 2040. However, supply is expected to lag behind, with early forecasts indicating that from 2030 onward, production will plateau, creating a significant supply crunch. This gap will inevitably drive lithium prices upwards, making it one of the most profitable sectors in mining today.

Argentina’s Strategic Advantage

Argentina is uniquely positioned in this lithium boom. It belongs to the Lithium Triangle, a region shared with Bolivia and Chile, which holds more than half of the world's lithium reserves. Notably, Argentina hosts about 21% of these reserves, making it a key player in global lithium resources.
