Hallucinations and Sleep Deprivation

Hallucinations are common, starting around day three of Hell Week. Recruits have reported seeing mermaids, Buddha faces, or believing the sky is falling. Sleep is scarce, sometimes only an hour mid-week, often resulting in delirium. The mental toll is severe, with some experiencing depression afterward—the "Hell Blues" period.
