An essential aspect of the study was its diverse participant pool. Including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds aimed to determine if wealth or deprivation impacted their willingness to spend generously. Interestingly, no significant difference emerged between different socioeconomic groups regarding pro-social spending. Regardless of wealth status, the tendency to share and donate was fairly consistent, implying that generosity is a common trait across economic divides.
