Part 11/12:
Since carbon dioxide is problematically viewed as a pollutant, its potential as a raw material is often overlooked. Yet, it is an abundant, freely available resource that can be captured from the atmosphere. Every breath we take releases CO₂, and industries worldwide emit vast quantities. Turning this gas into food could help establish a truly circular, low-impact food system—one that leverages renewable energy and natural processes to meet global nutritional needs.
