Participants navigate through stages: starting in a grave, experiencing a sense of release from the body, ascending into the sky, and finally entering an otherworldly space filled with symbolic beings and abstract phenomena.
This immersive experience is intentionally open-ended—recognizing that individual beliefs about death vary widely, from complete nothingness to spiritual transcendence. The purpose isn’t to prescribe a correct visualization but to facilitate meaningful engagement with the concept, helping individuals realize that their personal beliefs are valid, and more importantly, serve as a starting point for deeper reflection.
