Part 6/8:
What began as a temporary solution has become a cornerstone of The Phoenix’s evolving strategy. The virtual programs have proven to be a powerful tool for extending their reach beyond traditional boundaries. Participants have joined from remote rural communities, and remarkably, a woman from France participated in a class, illustrating the global potential of this approach.
More so, the organization envisions leveraging virtual platforms to expand their chronic support efforts into new areas, such as reaching incarcerated populations across America. The ability to connect across distances opens doors to previously inaccessible communities, broadening the scope of recovery support.
