Micro-Enterprise and Sustainable Living
Beyond housing, Community First! Village encourages residents to develop micro-enterprises—small businesses that offer meaningful work and income. These opportunities enable individuals to earn a dignified livelihood doing what they love, further integrating them into the fabric of community life.
Currently, approximately 230 residents live in micro-homes and RVs in Phase One of the project, which is nearing full capacity. The next phase plans to add 300 more homes and introduce an innovative element—3D printing of houses—aiming to revolutionize how affordable housing is constructed.
