Building a Complex Solution
Creating a system that simplifies healthcare management isn't straightforward. It resembles an iceberg—beneath the surface lies a web of engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and customer support functions. Building a minimum viable product for such a complex ecosystem is daunting, especially at the outset of a startup.
