The story of Hope House begins with personal experience and compassion. The founders, including a woman who was herself a teenage parent, recognized a critical gap in support for young mothers in their community. Having navigated the struggles of teenage parenthood herself, she saw firsthand what happens when these girls lack safe, supportive environments. Her own childhood was marked by instability, which led her to start working with teenage moms.
