Part 3/10:
Amid these challenges, a pioneering program in Mississippi, known as Complete 2 Compete (C2C), is dedicated to helping adult students with some college credits but no degree finally reach the finish line. The program recognizes that students vary widely—some may have been away from school for just a couple of years, while others may be decades removed from their last classes.
For many, completing their degree isn't just about personal achievement; it’s about inspiring the next generation. One participant shared how earning her degree encourages her children to see the value of persistence and resilience: "Getting my degree and completing something I started encourages my daughter and my sons to finish what you start, and not just give up because of all the obstacles in your way."
