For example, by adding a new transit line in North Greensboro, the city projected an increase of 3,600 residents gaining access to the system and approximately 4,000 new jobs becoming reachable — all through simple route adjustments.
Remix also enables simulation of travel times for individual riders. With tools like the "Jane" model, planners can illustrate how changes in routes improve access to key destinations, making the benefits tangible for community members and decision-makers alike.
