The problems escalated when Disney released a trailer with subtitles that inadvertently confirmed the leak. In the trailer, a character says, "I didn't do it. Believe me," which fans decoded as Asha, the presumed innocent twin, being framed for heinous crimes. This subtle line hinted at the twin plot twist and essentially confirmed the leak as legitimate.
Fans noticed that the subtitles were present in initial versions of the trailer but then mysteriously disappeared in later uploads. This was widely interpreted as Disney realizing the leak had been confirmed and trying to cover it up—an embarrassing predicament for a major franchise release.
